Unfortunately, they're unable to manage their inventory so even if you set up a delivery for specific day (a week away) they won't be able to fill the order. The catch is that they won't know that they can't fill the order until the time that they're supposed to be at your delivery site. It can take several days for them to fill the order, with no regard for anyone's time but their own. If you like dealing with professionals, go elsewhere.

They were delivering supplies to a construction site in our neighborhood and we have been having problems with them blocking the road on a d Regular basis - I'm not sure why they park in the center and block traffic because there is plenty of room for them to pull over to the side. When I tried to sneak past I ended up scratching the paint on my car, then when I got out to take a photo of it the driver of the truck approached and started screaming in my face!!! He called me a lunatic and asked me what my "effing problem" was and why hadn't I just asked him to move it. When I got into my vehicle and tried to back up the road he actually jerked my car door open to keep screaming at me and tried to physically take away my camera/phone from me. The whole crazy incident didn't end until another construction worker came up and had to actually drag him away from the scene, which I was able to videotape - and I would like to add that I am a grandmother who weighs a bit under 100 lbs who was at my own place and minding my own business before this complete stranger attacked me. Also my daughter tried to speak to the management at Rose and Walker but they have not bothered to call us back at this point.
