They actually have a guy on staff at Cresco somewhere in the East Bay that knows all there is to know about resurfacing concrete. And he will gladly share his knowledge with you. Amazing. Really. It was a bit frustrating at times because the right heads for the floor grinders were sort of all over the SF Bay area, and we even had to drive to Pleasanton to get a couple of extras, however, they were the only rental company in the entire SF Bay area that even had the right heads available for the floor grinder!! We ended up saving tens of thousands of dollars literally by using Cresco equipment. The end result was 16,000 square feet of gorgeous industrial epoxy floor, several coats thick. The lowest quote we got from anyone (and that quote was for flying a team out from Michigan, putting them up here for a week, and they were still the lowest quote) was something like $35,000. We ended up spending a total, including labor, rental equipment and product, of $19,000. That's only a little over $1/sf. Again, I cannot say enough about how far above and beyond Mike and his team at Cresco went to help make our job successful. Thanks guys!!
