Planning a wedding out of state can be frustrating and extremely stressful. However, we had one…read moreless thing to worry about, thanks to J.R. at Diamond. We weren't exactly sure what we needed and for how long, and we had to bother J.R. repeatedly with changes and updates in the months leading up to the event. He was always helpful and patient, and his recommendations were spot-on for our requirements. We rented a stretch limo and a getaway car (a Cadillac) for the bride and groom, and both were luxurious, immaculate, and, most importantly, right on time. Both drivers were courteous, prompt, and communicative, keeping me informed of their estimated time of arrival and whereabouts. If you've ever planned a wedding, you know that things can go awry real fast. So it was nice to have one less thing to worry about. Thanks, J.R., we hope to use your services again in the future.

They met us on time, were friendly, courteous, and took the time to give us the lay of the land, upon our arrival in the Sun Valley Area. They were much more than a taxi service that shuttled you from point A to point B. Where they really went above and beyond, was our scheduled return to the airport. There was a last minute change in the flight schedule, that the airline did not notify us of. Miller's Limo, learned of the change, and knew that we were scheduled for that flight. They called us repeatedly that morning, until they got a hold of us, and made sure we caught the new departing flight. Without their help, we would have been stuck there for at least another day. But wait, there's more... Since we were rushed out the door on our last day, we were unable to properly check out of our condo. Miller's Limo even took care of returning the key to the property manager for us, after they dropped us off at the airport. Amazing service and reasonable prices. I wouldn't think of using anyone else when we return to Sun Valley.

I would highly recommend Miller's Limo to anyone looking for a car service and a great experience. Vince Groome

The customer service is the best I've had from a company in a long time! They go above and beyond. The sound system was good too, all that was important for our 90s throwback country jam playlist I highly recommend

The driver contacted me ahead of time by text to introduce herself, provide her contact info, and to ask about chilled champagne and sparkling apple cider. She showed up early. She got us to and from our event safely in rush hour traffic, with snow! She was so wonderful, I actually gave her a hug when she dropped us off. The limo was immaculate, inside and out. Having rented several limos from different companies, I was impressed with how pristine the limo was. The interior lighting worked perfectly, no busted buttons or marks on the seats. It looked the way a limo should look. Thank you for the great experience, Showcase! I would recommend Showcase without hesitation.
