After two more phone calls my ride arrived over 45 minutes late. The driver was nice and understood my anger and anxiety over potentially missing my flight, but it felt like a death ride to the airport. I would not use this service ever again!

I didn't mind sharing the.cab but then he placed me in the third row even though the pilot crew had not arrived. I suggested I could sit in the front seat but he stated it was for the pilot. Felt like the days prior to civil rights for me--"get to the back of the bus BOY." On top of that I asked the driver to drop me off first as my drop off point was on the way to the pilot crew's drop point. Driver said it made sense but he had to drop them off first. Can't believe that! I asked him to call his dispatch person to try to get that changed but he didn't. Not going to use this company anymore
