Melissa kept us informed every step of the way, we always were aware of what was going on and what step was next. Tom includes everything that you need for a new pool from the chemicals to the cleaner, even the electrical work was included and organized by Landi ( other places make you find your own electrician, which was more trouble for the customer who probably does not know what is needed for a pool) Tom is so thorough he even makes sure to set the bottom returns in cement so they do not move, other places use sand. Jennifer took care of filling and filing all necessary permits for the township which were immediately approved; Tom B who was on site many times with the guys making sure everything was running smoothly, which it did, and the guys did an excellent job!!!!!! We let the manager know and we wanted to know what they were going to do as we couldn't afford to drain it and refill with the correct liner because we have a well. It was never resolved even after numerous requests. The manager was fired. I had to put rubber wedges in to hold the liner and we couldn't enjoy the pool because if we splashed too much the liner would unzip. Well one tone my wife and niece ( 3 years old) were swoand playing and one whole side of the pool unzipped and water got behind the walls. My wife barely got out with my niece before the whole pool imploded. Luckily no injuries. Well we told delval about it and got totally blown off so never use them for pool service
