Melissa kept us informed every step of the way, we always were aware of what was going on and what step was next. Tom includes everything that you need for a new pool from the chemicals to the cleaner, even the electrical work was included and organized by Landi ( other places make you find your own electrician, which was more trouble for the customer who probably does not know what is needed for a pool) Tom is so thorough he even makes sure to set the bottom returns in cement so they do not move, other places use sand. Jennifer took care of filling and filing all necessary permits for the township which were immediately approved; Tom B who was on site many times with the guys making sure everything was running smoothly, which it did, and the guys did an excellent job!!!!!! Even if you go to another pool company, go talk to Tom, you will be sorry if you don't!

We let the manager know and we wanted to know what they were going to do as we couldn't afford to drain it and refill with the correct liner because we have a well. It was never resolved even after numerous requests. The manager was fired. I had to put rubber wedges in to hold the liner and we couldn't enjoy the pool because if we splashed too much the liner would unzip. Well one tone my wife and niece ( 3 years old) were swoand playing and one whole side of the pool unzipped and water got behind the walls. My wife barely got out with my niece before the whole pool imploded. Luckily no injuries. Well we told delval about it and got totally blown off so never use them for pool service

Cinder block walls, pressure treated supported roofs, you get the idea. Worked great! I was with skilled handlers, I'm not one, and we just followed the published rules, saw an employee canvassing the bays, but were largely left alone to use the facility. Felt like others respected the rules too, except one group that were doing something (don't know exactly but had to do with where they hung targets) and the were told to leave. There are motorcycle trails and tracks here too. We went with a member so that's how we could get it. Clean up after yourself and leave the bay how you found it and follow the rules for safety. Pretty easy.

I had my pool, which was put in by a different company, about 6 years ago. Last summer I saw I had…read morea leak in the pool but couldn't find it. As a result I kept having to put in water every few days. I tried using the company that put in my pool, but they would never even call me back and would charge me for service calls that resolved nothing. This season, adding insult to injury, my jacuzzi also had a leak and one of the jets wasn't working. Within days of calling coastal, they were at my house and had fixed the jacuzzi. Within about a week, using the process of elimination, they found the leak, which unfortunately was the plumbing put in upon installation. Instead of breaking apart the concrete, they dug under it and replaced the pipes, all in one day. These guys called me almost every day and when I called them I always spoke with someone who knew what was going on. They'd be at my house when they said they would. They start early and work late. It wasn't cheap but was in line with what he repairs should cost given what was needed. They also called several days after the final job was to make sure the leak was fixed before getting permission to run my credit card for payment. I will use these guys from now on. Great company!
