About a year later, I contacted them again to install one more downspout where I was having overflow issues with heavier rainfall. Turns out they did, even though it was about an inch larger than the existing downspouts. It's comparatively massive. Poor customer service. All I wanted was one more downspout installed. Happily paid for it even though the treatment I received was not warranted.
