I had a large backyard on an older house that I haven't maintained but recently got a dog and it was time to give him a nice area. I had 7 people come out with quotes. Some were great and informative and some were honestly very rude. After talking to Rob on the phone to set up the appointment I was waiting all week for him to come out. Z Best did the entire area (aside from outer rock edges) for basically the same price some people just quoted me on the large turf. Rob was mindful of price and even offered alternatives that other places never did. The quality of turf is outstanding. The pavers are beautiful. They even spread the old rocks they pulled up all around the edges and front yard as to not waste them. But what really shined was Rob and his team. Rob has such a good personality and is truly a caring guy, you can tell immediately. Kimmy in the office was a pleasure to work with. The guys that came and did the job were so respectful and hard working. 4 days of nonstop work only pausing when we had some rain. Never asked for anything even though I offered whatever they needed. Just genuinely hard working, talented men. I couldn't be happier. It's so gorgeous. Call Z Best Turf, I promise you won't regret it.

We couldn't be happier with our new patio. It turned out even more beautiful than we had imagined!…read more When we requested an estimate, Evan came to our home. We explained that we wanted a low-maintenance outdoor space that felt clean, modern, and sophisticated. About a week later, Evan sent us a design image created by their in-house designer. Evan was also the one who recommended the white decorative rock, which makes the patio feel brighter and more spacious, as well as the gray multicolored pavers for the area where we planned to install our pergola. We happened to have very similar tastes, but more than anything, we were truly impressed by his excellent sense of design. His recommendations helped bring our vision to life. The project was originally scheduled to take three days, but the entire job was completed in just a day and a half! The entire crew was incredibly professional. They worked with incredible speed and efficiency, and the finished work was absolutely perfect. We were especially impressed by Nicco, the manager, and the entire crew. Watching them work so hard in the intense heat, with such dedication and professionalism, truly made us appreciate their efforts. We also received estimates from three other companies. The other companies told us that a design image would cost $500, but this company provided ours free of charge. We were also told by other companies that we would need additional drainage pipes. After carefully examining our patio area, Evan confidently told us that they were not necessary, which helped us avoid an unnecessary expense. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They sincerely listened to our wishes and questions and gave us honest, professional advice. Because of that, we felt completely comfortable leaving the project in their hands. Now, one of our favorite things to do is simply look at our patio throughout the day. It has a different beauty in the morning, during the day, and at night, and we truly enjoy seeing how it changes with the light. We are incredibly grateful to Evan, Nicco, and the entire team. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful space for us! If you are looking for a company with excellent design sense, professional advice, incredible efficiency, and beautiful workmanship, we highly recommend this company. Martin completed our initial estimate, and at first the communication was great. Unfortunately,…read moreafter that, things started going downhill. It's disappointing because I really wanted to love this company, but the entire experience has been filled with frustrations, constant follow-ups, and having to ask why things weren't getting done. On the first day of the project, the crew arrived and began measuring the area. They knocked on my door because they wanted to confirm some measurements. When I went outside, they explained that the measurements Martin had provided seemed off and that the border where the plants were supposed to go was much wider than expected. I agreed and told them that wasn't what Martin and I had discussed. I immediately called Martin and explained that the measurements were incorrect and did not match the design photo I had been shown. He told me he had used Google Maps for measurements and that sometimes it's not accurate. I was shocked because I specifically thought he had physically measured the area himself. He then informed me that additional materials would be needed, resulting in an extra cost of approximately $1,900 for more pavers and artificial grass. I explained that this was not my mistake and that it was his responsibility to ensure the measurements were accurate. I had asked multiple times if the quoted amount was final because one of my biggest concerns was avoiding a seam in the artificial grass. While he ultimately corrected the issue without charging me the additional amount, I still ended up with a visible seam running through the grass. Which I'm not happy about still. We also added a raised seating area with lighting. After installation, the area had a significant slope that was very noticeable. When I brought it to their attention, they explained that some slope was necessary for water runoff. However, this wasn't a slight slope it looked more like a sunken area on one side of the square. They eventually came back and corrected it. The pavers have also been an ongoing issue. They were uneven and not properly leveled. The company has returned twice to address the problem. While there has been some improvement, it still isn't what I would consider acceptable, and the unevenness remains noticeable. The plants they installed also began drying out. They had to return twice to address that issue as well, but only after delays and on their own schedule. Currently, I still have cracked pavers, chipped pieces, and stained pavers that need to be replaced. I am still waiting for a response regarding these issues. Once again, everything seems to be handled at their convenience rather than with urgency or concern for customer satisfaction. My overall impression is that once the company secures the job, customer service significantly declines. The quality issues, lack of communication, repeated repairs, and delays have made what should have been an exciting project into a frustrating experience. As a customer who invested a significant amount of money, I expected better workmanship, accountability, and follow-through.

We had to resurface our pool deck along with expanding the footprint, installed pavers to the courtyard and added turf to the front yard. We purchased our own plants but they dug all holes, planted and did all new drip systems. Kevin was incredibly helpful in that I had done AI designs of what I wanted and he created the plan to make it happen. Cheers to the amazing hard workers who endured terrible hot heat but continued to work with a smile. We offered water and food as I believe in taking care of those who help you. Plus they appreciated it. Lester was the supervisor of the team and got the job done. My only suggestion is for corp/management- Create a position Concierge liaison- a Individual who communicates to the home owners on all job sites in the morning by text of when to expect the crew and what part of the project is going to be worked on. Lastly provide easy ups for your crew as these working conditions are difficult. I love the outcome of the job and would highly recommend Pure Turf USA.

I was later told that I would need to spend thousands of dollars to cover my windows as the sun was bouncing off the glass and ruining the turf. We had an awful experience with another company and were really worried about finding someone honest and reputable. We saw a friend's yard and we were so impressed that we asked for details on which company did the work. We spoke with Kalian at Advantage based on the recommendation and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge and kindness. We met with Ken the following week and he walked the property with me making suggestions. Ken definitely has a great eye for landscaping. Matt was also great, helping us on a daily basis with the logistics and giving his opinion on how to make the area shine. His prices were within reason for the scope of the project (unlike the other company we had hired, whose project/contract price was almost 3 times the estimate of the project AFTER we paid the deposit). The final result was incredible, but what really stood out was the entire experience working with Advantage. They truly listened to what we wanted, took our ideas seriously, and also brought their own creative vision and expertise to the project. The team went above and beyond to help us make our entire yard perfect, paying attention to every detail and making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We can't thank them enough for transforming our yard into something we absolutely love. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Absolutely Incredible Transformation -- Advantage Landscape Exceeded Our Expectations!…read more We recently had Advantage Landscape complete a landscaping project at our home, and I can't say enough great things about this company and the entire team! From the beginning, owner Ken Kesick was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to our request for a quote, offered very competitive pricing, and was extremely accommodating with scheduling. We were having the exterior of our home painted at the same time, and Ken was more than willing to coordinate the landscaping work around the painters. That flexibility made a huge difference and helped everything come together smoothly. Project Manager Kayden did a fantastic job keeping everything organized and moving forward. Communication was excellent, and we always felt the project was in good hands. And then there's the incredible crew -- Silvestre, Jhon, and Edgar. These guys were absolutely outstanding! Their hard work, skill, and attention to detail were impressive to watch. One of the highlights was seeing them maneuver and position some very large boulders, making sure each one was placed exactly where we wanted it. Watching them work was amazing! They clearly take tremendous pride in what they do, and it shows in the finished product. Another thing that really impressed us was the quality of the plants they selected for our project. With more than 40 plants to choose and install, you might expect a few that weren't quite up to par -- but not with this team! Every single plant they selected was beautiful, healthy-looking, and of excellent quality. Out of 40+ plants, there wasn't one bad one in the entire group! That level of consistency and attention to detail says a lot about the standards this company holds itself to. From the initial estimate through the final details and thorough cleanup, the entire experience was exceptional. The crew worked hard, respected our property, and left everything looking fantastic. The finished landscaping exceeded our expectations, and we could not be happier with the transformation! I've included before-and-after photos because the results truly speak for themselves. A huge thank-you to Ken, Kayden, Silvestre, Jhon, Edgar, and the entire Advantage Landscape team! If you're looking for a landscaping company that delivers outstanding workmanship, excellent communication, fair pricing, quality materials and plants, and exceptional customer service, look no further. Five stars all the way -- I would highly recommend Advantage Landscape without hesitation!

JRs, on the other hand, took the time to find a solution and made the entire process so easy. They were professional from start to finish. The rock was delivered the evening before so the crew could get started first thing in the morning. I received text notifications throughout the process regarding the appointment, delivery, and start of the work, which kept me informed every step of the way. I requested for tree trimming services, weed pulling, blowing and haul away for the branches cut. I…read morewas happy with the weed pulling and blowing, but tree trimming is not this guy, Rafa's forte. He trimmed one side of my tree and left the other side (the front of the tree that everyone can see) full and overgrown just on the one side. When he was done with the trim, the tree looked like it got struck by lightning. It was terrible! His excuse for not finishing was that he didn't have the right equipment and that he had another job to go to. Ok. I accepted the excuse of not having the proper equipment as they seemed nice and spent a good amount of time on our initial project.m; but the reason of having to go to another job is unacceptable. That is not our problem. If you're going to be paid for a job, you should finish it. I paid Rafa and even gave him and his sidekick a tip with the promise of him returning to finish the tree trimming. Boy! Do I regret it! Rafa was supposed to come back 2 months later to finish what he didn't finish (as agreed) and to do the regular maintenance, which isn't much as we live in the desert after all (weed pulling and blowing and occasional tree trimming when necessary). Well, he didn't show up so we contacted him and he said that he was busy so he couldn't come out (as if that is our problem). Anyhow, he said he would show a week or so later but didn't show again. We had to contact him again and then he goes to say that he would stop by yesterday (Monday). We texted him to confirm that he was going to come by but he decided he would change it to the next day. I understand that we all have lives but if you make a commitment with a customer, you have to stick with it and not cancel as many times as Rafa did. He finally showed today and just trimmed one tree but was still not enough as he agreed to do what we asked during his initial visit, which is to trim the trees down short. His sidekick blew the area of debris and loaded a few branches on to the trailer. Rafa decides to then start cleaning up and put away his tools. Mind you, we were watching them work and noticed that Rafa's work ethics need a bit of a fine tuning. We texted him to show us what he cut but decided that he would just speed off (no exaggeration either) as I was coming out to talk to him. I specifically texted him and let him know that he didn't finish the job and that I would like to talk to him to let him know what needed to have done but he wasn't having it and just left. Can you believe that he had had the nerve to ask for more money and tell us that the tree grew too much (bc he had us wait almost 3 months for maintenance when it was agreed to at 2 months) for him to waste his time on since he had other customers? I couldn't believe our ears. We couldn't just let it go and was hoping to get him to come back to finish the job. We tried calling and texting but no response. I think that our customer to gardener relationship will probably be over. If you want your gardening/landscaping completed, you might want to hire another company. I will not EVER recommend this guy, Rafa, to anyone.
