When I called Bella Vita, the girl that answered the phone was professional and kind, she made it a point to help me and gave me an appt. asap. For my feet, I chose the Spa Pedicure which includes a salt scrub that smells divine, a massage, and paraffin treatment. Worth every penny. For my hands, I chose the shellac manicure, they have various colors to choose from. The nail tech, Milena was AMAZING. She was very attentive, sweet, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had great results. Did I want tea? No problem. How was the pressure on the massage? Is the water too hot? The result was a beautiful finish. AND, if that wasn't VIP enough, I managed to damage my feet polish and had to go back to fix it. Not a problem either and no charge. I even asked if I can pay the difference which they declined to do. the manicure and pedicure was below average but the nail tech was really nice. I WOULD NEVER RETURN HERE. their customer service is horrible. Don't make a groupon if you can't fulfill it. the manager didn't even talk to me to see what she could do on their end.
