I just moved to Miami & have tried a couple other salons but this one is by far my favorite! It's so cute, clean, organized and has a chill vibe. Melanie was super welcoming and took the time to go over everything with me. They have free coffee, chocolates & a super cute display of bathing suits. You know what... Turns out I didn't know much about tanning salons. Tan-Go is a terrible spot if you are looking for a good spray tan.... I will not comment on the actual tan beds because I never used them but let me tell you about my experience with them as far as sprays go. I bought a package of 10 sessions because it was so well priced. My first day I went and did the Medium... Looked good for about a day... then just like that my faux tan vanished... Appalled I called the manager who told me they had issues with the machine I could come back in... I had an incident where the machine was cleaned but not dried and as I was tanning drops of water fell on me, I looked like an orange Dalmatian by the end of the 3 minute tanning session... I experienced several other issues, now I must admit the owner was always very quick to help me figure out a solution but in the end the JUICE WAS JUST NOT WORTH THE SQUUEZE... The machine is medieval and the tan you get is orangey not bronze at all. My advice save your money and shed a few extra bucks on a place with better spray tan equipment. read more

Greeted, cool staff... Super cheap tanning. The bed had new bulbs and were high quality. None were missing. There were towels and they offer sun block and have lots of products. Staff watches out for you. This is my new tanning spot. They're experienced and have been here over 10 years. I love to tan after work :) read more

I hadn't been here in a few months because I had moved but I decided to stop by after work and was pleasantly surprised. The owner redecorated and added more beds and the spray tan machine had been updated. They even offer mobile spray tan for special events.. Best of all it was happy hour when I got there which apparently happens daily!! Free champagne and chocolate! Love this. Like always the facilities are clean and the service is friendly and helpful. Im not the tanning professional but this place didnt do it for me at all. Ive done other places and i have gotten results quickly. I spent a month off and on taking UV treatments without getting the suntan I wanted. Yes im fair skinned but i should at least be dark after a month. Anyways, when i asked the person working there she put the blame on my skin. Ive asked around and ive been told that if the bulbs are old you wont get results. When i asked for a refund i didnt get a straight answer and i then tried using a tingle cream which only helped a little. To make a long story short im spending my suntan budget elsewhere. Firts time here and got stuck with a bed that fell on me and when thwy changed me to a 2nd bed it seemed that the bulbs havent been changed in over years... I've been coming here for years! And today I came in Carlos helped me and he was very professional and sweet. As always the packages are more than awesome- I don't care what anyone has to say. I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon, the place extremely clean and I always have great results. If you don't feel the same you probably didn't follow directions properly.
