I asked about level 2 bed availability and was told there were many customers waiting too I did use a level one bed but expressed my not being happy paying for a level 3 and getting stuck using level 1!! Instead of getting a tan, I got into an argument with the manager. I paid for a 20 minute tan and only received a 10 minute tan and when the bed suddenly stopped I got dressed and came out of the room to ask them what was up. They told me that I only paid for a 10 minute bed even though a 20 minute bed would have been the same price. The way they treated me was not very customer oriented because I feel I should have been offered at least a partial refund or the remaining time I wanted to go tanning. When I paid it for my session, I simply ordered a full session thinking it was 20 minutes like the last time I went--just last week. I was not asked which bed I would like to go in or how long I wanted to go and so I will not be back. Last week I went for 20 minutes. I did not get any color at all the past two times I've gone! It's well worth driving a little longer, to a diff tanning salon, to actually get what I pay for and be listened to. Cabana treated me like I did something wrong for questioning why I didn't get 20 minutes like I was expecting to. I pretty much paid 8 bucks to become more informed!

I left 6 messages outlining this to Brandy Olive... she has not once returned my calls. This is FRAUD at its best example! I intend to file as many complaints against Brandy until my Credit card is resolved. Please take this as a warning . There are several other options for tanning please research and use them.

Each time the employees have been extremely professional and made the experience very comfortable. This is extremely important since they are seeing you nearly (or completely) naked. I had one experience where the tan washed off in the shower the day that I got it. I went back that night and the girl worked me in even though there were no appointments available. She was very nice about the whole thing and sprayed me again for free. Also, they have a special where if you go back within 7 days you can get sprayed for just $10 which makes it very affordable. Overall, very good experience.

I know I'm not from 'round these parts, but this was a bizarre, yet most EPIC find! About 20 minutes outside the Town of Santa Claus and a 10 minute jump from Lamar is what appears to be a private home, and it is, but it's also set up as a fitness center with personal trainers, a massage studio with several different types of massage and beauty treatments and a tanning salon! The business is in the basement of Kathy's so you almost feel a bit awkward driving up and walking in...especially when no one is there. My daughter introduced me to the fact that the tanning beds are used quite often on a good faith basis. You can go anytime, throw your $5 (one time - packages offered) behind the counter and head on back. Just make sure to clean the bed for the next user. Quite the epic find if you struggle with making appointments due to a busy schedule. I have yet to use their massage and beauty treatments but will be doing so here shortly and will post an update. I also intend on finding out more on their workout facilities. The main reason I gave it a 4 is due to not knowing more. As for Kathy, the sweetest, kindest person on the planet and very knowledgeable when it comes to answering any questions you may have. I highly recommend this place over the others in the area!
