There is a young girl who hassles me about tanning every time I'm here and she is too. I have been tanning here for 23 years and I have simply never seen anything like it. I even asked her today why she does it and she laughed at me. Tommy? What in the world is wrong with this kid? read more

I have gone to this salon over the year...although... I went in and purchased the level 3 ( most expensive) package and was NOT told they only had ONE working bed until after I paid and specifically asked when I was told there was a wait ! Today I went in now they have had the part for over a week to repair the second level 3 bed it still is NOT working there was a person in the working bed and THREE customers waiting. I asked about level 2 bed availability and was told there were many customers waiting too I did use a level one bed but expressed my not being happy paying for a level 3 and getting stuck using level 1!! Owners...FIX your beds!!! read more

She answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and a smile. The equipment was great, all typical tanning accessories were provided. Well,....Getcha Sun has a very friendly staff and package price is reasonable BUT... the beds are…read morevery old and they shock you. The employee even confirmed this. At first I thought it was my imagination but it happened to my husband as well so I asked the girl working. She said that the other beds at their other location were even worse. She then showed me why people were getting shocked. Something about the fiberglass, when you lay down leaves something exposed and you can get shocked. Not only that but a lot of their fiberglass is cracked on the beds. Guess you get what you pay for....or not. I don't recall paying to be electrocuted. When my month package is up I will not tan here ever again. I'm super reluctant to go now.
