I have gone to this salon over the year...although... I went in and purchased the level 3 ( most…read moreexpensive) package and was NOT told they only had ONE working bed until after I paid and specifically asked when I was told there was a wait ! Today I went in now they have had the part for over a week to repair the second level 3 bed it still is NOT working there was a person in the working bed and THREE customers waiting. I asked about level 2 bed availability and was told there were many customers waiting too I did use a level one bed but expressed my not being happy paying for a level 3 and getting stuck using level 1!! Owners...FIX your beds!!!

She answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and a smile. The equipment was great, all typical tanning accessories were provided. Facility was very clean, tons of lotions, and overall very happy. Thought it would be a one time visit, but the service was great and I will be back!
