If you like broken machines that take weeks to get fixed and end up in a worst state (somehow) then this is the place for you. If WiFi being basically non existent in an area of poor cell phone signal (I've asked others) this is the gym for you. If you like their "trainers" taking over most of the gym, weights and machines for a circuit training for hours on end this is the place for you. If you love warm water out of the water fountain due to it somehow being "better for your body" which is just the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life this is the spot for you. If cutting your ankles on exposed bits of footholds (where the foam that is supposed to prevent that from happening has been stripped off) this is the spot for you. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and just overall amazing group of individuals that will bend over backwards for you, but there is only so much they can do without the owner actually putting in the effort. To be honest the staff deserves every bit of praise and is the only thing holding this "gym" together.

We were…read morelied to in the initial process of signing up for a 2-person membership - with the gym stating us 2 different prices between a 3-day timeframe of our 1-day trial and actually signing up. Of course, the sign-up day price was higher and they told us these had to be separate accounts - not combined, meaning we had to pay 2 separate annual club fees. We closed our membership within the first month - the guy at the front desk assured us that we would NOT get charged the $50 (x2) annual club fees - and if we did, to let them know and they will refund it. Of course - we DID get charged the Club Fees - and now they refuse to refund this money. I wouldn't go to this gym unless you want them to tell you one thing then do the exact opposite.

A good example the leg curl machine broke down and sat for 10 months before it was removed from the gym last October 2022. The abduction/ adductor machine has been broken since October of 2023, needs cables. They recently added 6 paper towel machines to clean the equipment to the gym, only 2 had paper. You have to search for a spray bottle with cleaning solution most are empty. The foot stand on the calf machine broke off last fall it is still broken. They only vacuum the floor once a week. The carpet needs cleaning. There is a list of equipment that needs repair, benches can't be adjusted because they are missing knobs. They keep saying the gym is scheduled for upgrade or in negotiations but some of the problems can be fixed fast. Like cleaning out the lockers, people leave open containers of food and drinks in them along with unclaimed clothing. They had a fly problem in 2021 you would think they would make sure the gym is clean/. Lastly, the door has a scan code reader it's been broken since January 2023 anyone can come in 24/7 so it's not safe after hours if you are alone.

When it comes to gyms, this location is perfect if you live right in that area between Brentwood, franklin and Nashville. I live near Nippers Corner, so it's literally about a mile away. The type of people that go here are great too. You won't find anybody eating pizza while working on their leg day... I highly recommend this place if you're looking for an inexpensive and relatively quiet gym in Nashville.

I lost my water bottle last week and just came in to see if someone turned it in. Unfortunately I think I've lost it for good but the owner gave me a water bottle he had gotten from a business for free. Absolutely amazing staff and gym. The same people that own this one also just opened one in Columbia so I'm guessing it's just as good if not better. For the actual gym part you get a wide variety of weights and machines and there's enough to be able to train everything. The only problem I would say this gym has is having too many members because it does get busy during the day. But I think that's a good problem to have. 10/10 would recommend!

I have done hydromassage in the past, and I thought it was going to be the same sort of thing that looks similar to a tanning bed, but this was more like an incredibly comfy recliner. You can set the timer for up to 20 minutes as well as the areas the water hits, and the pressure. You can listen to music, watch TV, play games, but I'd rather just relax. They also have a tanning bed, but I don't tan for obvious reasons. Plenty of parking, and really helpful staff/manager/owner? Does anyone know if there is a list AF locations that show who has the hydromassage? I would go out of my way to go to those locations. The showers, and I think the drink fountains are closed right now. Id definitely return! Thank you again Anytime Fitness!
