Expectations for any tanning salon is that it's clean, has product, and the wait is not extraordinary long. This tanning salon far surpasses any expectation of a salon. Not only are there ample amounts of beds, bulbs are always bright/maintained, always full of product, and the wait times are minimal or non-existence, but what sets it a part is the customer service. Ryan is an absolutely wonderful human! Recently taking over the operation fall of 2021, Ryan connects with customers and has excellent recommendation on products and which beds to use when! Also, Wendy is such a gem - she is so bubbly and friendly - it feels like 15 minutes spent relaxed and being greeted by your friends! There is no monthly contract you must sign. There are plenty of options with payment (monthly), or by the bed/single use. There's super great lotion options from super affordable to higher end. I drive from NW West Nashville over to Goodlettsville (25 min. journey), even though there are a ton of tanning salons closer in proximity due to the wonderful service. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor - go in there and say hello to Ryan. You won't be sorry.

I've been working out here 3 to 4 days a week for the past few months. I previously worked out at…read morethe Lennox Village WOA where I was a regular for years & worked out occasionally at Nashville Athletic Club (NAC). However, a recent move forced me to find a new gym . This WOA is conveniently located & easy to find. Parking spaces are shared with Aldi & Great Clips, which are both next door. I pay for my membership fee through a program called Healthways through my health insurance. So, I do not pay my membership fee directly to the gym and have no interaction with staff regarding payment. I've become acquainted with Gwen who works at the front desk & she graciously greets me by name & with a smile every time I walk in if she's there. She is super nice & very encouraging. All of the staff members seem friendly. They keep the gym clean & are involved in activities with the members to encourage fitness. The gym is smaller than other gyms like Gold's or NAC, but it's size is comparable to any other WOA. Ofcourse, as the name suggests, you can access the gym anytime with your keycard, even before & after staffed hours. Unlike NAC, which is only accessible during staffed hours. There are plenty of machines and an area with weights. It's perfect for me & my fitness goals. I have no complaints!

We closed our membership within the first month - the guy at the front desk assured us that we would NOT get charged the $50 (x2) annual club fees - and if we did, to let them know and they will refund it. Of course - we DID get charged the Club Fees - and now they refuse to refund this money. I wouldn't go to this gym unless you want them to tell you one thing then do the exact opposite.

Well, I was overwhelming surprised by how natural and even my Spray Tans by Shanna looks. Shanna thoroughly explained the process, gave me my aftercare instructions and just did an amazing job from beginning to end. She even text me the next day to ask if I was happy with my tan. They wouldn't let me tan with my son there which is totally fine. So I came back two months later to use my tans and they told me it expired which no one told me that my Spray Tans would expire.
