I've been working out here 3 to 4 days a week for the past few months. I previously worked out at the Lennox Village WOA where I was a regular for years & worked out occasionally at Nashville Athletic Club (NAC). However, a recent move forced me to find a new gym . This WOA is conveniently located & easy to find. Parking spaces are shared with Aldi & Great Clips, which are both next door. I pay for my membership fee through a program called Healthways through my health insurance. So, I do not pay my membership fee directly to the gym and have no interaction with staff regarding payment. I've become acquainted with Gwen who works at the front desk & she graciously greets me by name & with a smile every time I walk in if she's there. She is super nice & very encouraging. All of the staff members seem friendly. They keep the gym clean & are involved in activities with the members to encourage fitness. The gym is smaller than other gyms like Gold's or NAC, but it's size is comparable to any other WOA. Ofcourse, as the name suggests, you can access the gym anytime with your keycard, even before & after staffed hours. Unlike NAC, which is only accessible during staffed hours. There are plenty of machines and an area with weights. It's perfect for me & my fitness goals. I have no complaints! read more

This gym has to have some of the most inexperienced or incompetent people working there. We were lied to in the initial process of signing up for a 2-person membership - with the gym stating us 2 different prices between a 3-day timeframe of our 1-day trial and actually signing up. Of course, the sign-up day price was higher and they told us these had to be separate accounts - not combined, meaning we had to pay 2 separate annual club fees. We closed our membership within the first month - the guy at the front desk assured us that we would NOT get charged the $50 (x2) annual club fees - and if we did, to let them know and they will refund it. Of course - we DID get charged the Club Fees - and now they refuse to refund this money. I wouldn't go to this gym unless you want them to tell you one thing then do the exact opposite. read more

Have been going here for 7 months and someone I've never seen before claiming to be the manager came up to me today and told me my membership is not good at this location because I purchased it in Hermitage, TN. I told her that I was under the impression that memberships were good at any Workout Anytime location because that's what it says on the website. She replied that my level of membership was good only in Hermitage. This certainly was not disclosed when I purchased that membership. Been a member for ~5 years but I guess I will be cancelling now. read more

Would be nice if it wasn't 100 degrees there I start sweating the moment I walk in it's ridiculous.

Would give negative stars if could, signed up for the trial they had but never used. They kept sending reminders and calling for payments told them to cancel it repeatedly and they did not. Now I have a $400.00 bill with them they finally canceled it and sent to collections even though I never used their facilities and repeatedly told them to cancel and they did not. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Update from talking to corporate......... After calling the number and talking to the woman, I thought something might actually be done. But boy was I WRONG. The lady gave me a email address to send all the information to so that the owners can look at and try to help. I sent the email and not long got a response from them that said " there's no record on file saying you canceled, and we're done with you ". So much for helping, but now I know how they make their money to offer the deals. Screw 10 people out of money and you make a fortune. read more

Cancelled my membership since I wasn't use the gym that often. To my surprise I received a collection letter where they are trying to charge me extra money. Beware, they might be okay until you leave them. read more

This gym is great! The staff is friendly and really helpful. They pride themselves at keeping the gym clean and the equipment in good working order. The gym members are generally very friendly and respectful. I'd say it's the best gym in Gallatin. read more

The manager is insolent. He runs his gym without tact and has a customer service deficiency. The corporate policy states that they can still charge you 30 days after you cancel. They use semantics to fool you about their hidden fees and charges. I was charged four different amounts in two months and had to pay my bank to stop payment on any further charges even though I had cancelled the membership. When I tried to call them, the lady on the phone actually laughed at me. I am a nice guy, but I truly hope this company goes down in flames. read more
