They offer a wide range of circuit training classes, weight training classes and other stuff like foam rolling, boxing. I have been experiencing a major shift in my fitness since going to the circuit training classes, I am generally pretty fit and active, but these classes have kicked things into high gear for me and I've worked much harder here than I would ever do on my own. That is thanks to the trainers and the great group of men and women who go to the gym. The people who work out here, work really hard and it's a great positive vibe. I highly recommend it.

The workouts I do now (the ones this gym offers) our full body and totally killer. They fit in nicely with a busy lifestyle and keep me in shape. I would say they may get a little too close to CrossFit for my taste (I personally can't stand CrossFit) but most of the time the workouts stay more functional. The instructors are nice and motivating. Tip- there is little to no form correction so make sure you know what you are doing before you go. I see a few folks doing the weirdest squats (more like a good morning- ish) and no one corrects them...good bye knees and back, ouch.

After signing up for a free consultation with Next Level Fitness, I signed up to meet with Dallas…read moreand now have had about 4-5 sessions with her. I highly recommend working with her because of the following: 1) Attention to detail (In 2 sessions she knew exactly what my physical limits were and built workouts to help me learn better form and build my body in a healthy and manageable way) 2) Undivided attention (I never had her look at her phone or talk to someone else during our sessions, she's always 100% attentive to you, and that's something I really appreciate) 3) Nutrition mentoring (I don't eat unhealthy things, but Dallas made me realize foods that were better alternatives and which ones I should stay away from in order to achieve a better workout and achieve the physique I wanted. She'll never shame you for indulging in sweets or carbs either, which I'm definitely grateful for) 4) Knows when you push you and when to rest (I used to always get sick after high intensity workout classes and could never get through group sessions, but Dallas made workouts that challenged me without overextending my body. I always leave Next Level Fitness knowing my body was pushed to its limits in a healthy way) 5) Fun workouts that are engaging and different! (Honestly I would be the last person to say this, but dare I say that workouts now are actually fun?! Whether we're doing floor exercises, stuff on a machine or weights, I never know what's coming next. If you're like me and always wanted to try new things at the gym but didn't know how, Dallas will definitely build your confidence and get you excited about challenging yourself!) Since the first day, the owner Jack has always remembered my name and greets you when you come and when you leave. No matter who's in the gym you always feel so welcomed, which I can't say for anywhere else I've been! For COVID procedures, I felt that they took good precautions to make sure the safety of everyone is prioritized. Next Level Fitness makes sure to have a certain number of people in the gym at all times and the trainer wipes down everything as soon as you've used it. If you prefer the trainer to wear a mask they can. Just some extra brownie points: The gym playlist is ALWAYS poppin' and the bathrooms are SERIOUSLY amazing. The luxurious feel when you step into this gym is unlike any other, which is so weird to say because it's a GYM! You definitely get your money's worth and coming here is absolutely an enjoyable and fun experience, so don't hesitate and try this place out!

So far I like this gym, it has great energy, is very spacious, great variety and amount of…read moreequipment, and my husband loves the quality of the MMA classes and instructors. I would give the gym 5 stars if not for a few inconveniences: 1. The women's sauna (in bathroom) is "out of order" nearly everytime I have went to use it. 2. The infrared pod has been out of order multiple times, so still haven't used that yet 3. The cryogenic machine has been down a few times but it looks to be better now that it isn't being used as much as it was grand opening week. I hope I get to use that soon. The facility has already said they will be adding sign up slots for the cryogenic machine, as well as roping off the recovery machines since it is an additional fee to the base membership. Lastly, the bathrooms should have paper towels, not just hand dryers. Sometimes I like to wipe my face or my armpits after a workout and prefer to not do it with toilet paper. My husband said someone even brought a roll of paper towels into the men's bathroom, which was then overflowing out of the trash cans because the trash wasn't taken out. I am not sure if the facility has shower towels. They aren't in the bathroom but may be available at the front desk.

When I signed…read moreup, I told the sales rep I live outside the country half the year and would need to freeze after three months - I was told that would not be an issue. At the end of July, I requested a freeze in person at the Hendersonville location. The representative assured me it would be frozen. I was charged the full September membership anyway. When I called, a manager admitted the front desk hadn't processed my freeze correctly and told me he was correcting the account and processing a refund. That never happened. The operations manager then refused the refund, saying there was "no documentation" of my freeze request - as if a customer should record themselves making an in-person request at the front desk. I was told I needed to fill out a freeze form, I'm not sure how I would know that if I was not told by the employee when requesting the freeze. The entire team is extremely unorganized and continually shifted blame amongst themselves or told me that this was my problem. I asked them to check security footage of the exchange as that is the only documentation I have even giving them an exact date and time and they refused. If I could give the gym 0 stars, I would.
