After my last massage here, I'm done…read more The communication is terrible. Every appointment starts with about a 10-second conversation about what hurts, and then the massage begins. There is no effort to clarify the exact pain location, explain the treatment plan, or make sure the massage matches what you asked for. My most recent massage was with Angela. I specifically showed her the exact area of where my chronic pain is and asked for that to be the focus. I understand working around the pain target is part of the process, but when a client specifically points to the area they want worked on, that request should be respected. Instead, very little time was spent on the area I actually came in for. Angela yawned throughout the entire hour long session. There were also numerous periods where it felt like she completely stopped massaging me. Her hands would stay in one spot with little to no pressure. The front desk experience was no better. The blonde woman with her hair slicked back in a bun was rude, dismissive, and acted like basic questions were an inconvenience. This is extremely disappointing when someone is dealing with chronic pain and spending money to hopefully relieve some of that pain. Unfortunately I won't be back.

There was no consultation about my color goals, desired blonde tone, or haircut plan before the service started. I had to stop her myself to show inspiration photos, and even then there was very little discussion. Throughout the appointment, decisions were made without explanation, including applying additional bleach and charging me $50 for toner without ever discussing the cost or expected result. When I expressed concerns about the color and wanted to make sure we were on the same page before cutting my hair, I was asked if I didn't trust her rather than having an actual conversation about expectations. The haircut was equally confusing. I was told she was only trimming my hair before the color service and would complete the haircut afterward. I changed my original haircut request from a long bob to long layers during the appointment, but the haircut was never completed. When I questioned this at checkout, I was told the haircut had already been done before the color service, which directly contradicted what I had been told earlier. After nearly four hours, I left with wet hair, unsure if I had even received the haircut I paid for, and feeling like my concerns were being taken personally instead of being addressed professionally. The issue isn't that I didn't get a perfect result. The issue is that there was little consultation, poor communication, and no real attempt to resolve concerns when they were raised. That's something potential clients should know before booking.

I feel like I am trapped, but now I can't get anyone to take care of a simple issue! My daughter has severe eczema. It covers her whole body, including her face. It is painful and embarrassing. She is only 13 years old going through this. She has been out on a special medicine that I have to go through a third party pharmacy to get. All the sudden one day, the medicine didn't show up. When I called the third party pharmacy, they said it was because the doctors office stopped it. When I called the office, they said it was because I needed to come in for a bi annual check up. Instead of calling me, they just dropped the prescription. Now, I have taken my daughter in as requested, but they still haven't renewed the prescription. After multiple phone calls, I still have zero answers. They tell me they are going to call me back, and no one ever does. My daughter is relapsing and this office doesn't seem to care. Although when you call them it says on the recording as you wait for someone that they care about their patients and want to help them! I am finding that not to be the case as they let my daughter go through this! I do not recommend this office! They have made my life very difficult and now they aren't helping me, help my daughter! They should be ashamed of the negligent care! They are putting my daughter in a very bad position and to no end! I tried not to write a review, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but here it is, January 9 (over a month since my daughter went to their offices) abs I still don't have her special medicine. I've made several phone calls and I am told someone will call me back but nothing. I keep calling the third party pharmacy and they are saying they need to hear from the doctors office. It's a simple phone call that makes a huge difference in my child's life and they don't even care enough to take care of it! I went to see Dr. Man to have a skin cancer removed off my arm. I cannot get in to see her for two…read moremonths. After removing the cancer, the was covered with Steri-Strips unfortunately they did not have enough large Steri-Strips and half of the scar was covered with much too small stair strips which kept coming off. I went back in to have them redone and they still did not have the larger stair strips. The small ones would not stay adhered therefore the scar did not heal properly and what should have been a small line is now a very ugly scar. I returned to the practice to show them the scar and they gave me a steroid injection, which did absolutely nothing. The first time at this office, I saw Dr. Mann the second time was with one of her assistance and I was not at all happy with her. She was abrupt and rude And did not listen. She acted as though she just wanted me out of there as quickly as possible.
