Betsey who is the owner answered sweet & informative I arranged to come in today... and booked for the 150 dollar package (15 sessions) I arrive on time and when I entered I was surprised to see the machines with literal curtains and one with a door .. and she begins to tell me how all her machines are new and "new bulbs" so I was excited. As soon as I got into the room, I noticed the machines are SUPER OUTDATED ... if you know anything about tanning, you would know the machines that are up to date are digital screens & have a built-in fan Her machines were so outdated and had a portable fan standing on the trash can & no screen. I got in anyway, and it began. 0 heat, 0 warmth... I got up and asked her why the machine was having no heat or warmth. She started the BS that these are the latest and that tanning machines that get warm are "bad." I already began to be irritated and felt scammed, and boy was I right. After calling her out on her BS. I said I do not feel comfortable & would like a refund on the package, and want to pay only for the few minutes session I used today (she gave me back 110 dollars & kept 40 dollars), saying that's how much a 1 session costs. Also, let me know that it's heavily discounted. Makes no sense, but hey, a scammer is a scammer, I guess. STAY AWAY if you are used to actual tanning and modern machines with actual results; if you want to be swindled, go right on in.

I tried concentrated drops and had a reaction. I don't have allergies (they even subtly said how I should have read the ingredients before trying...like that would have made me think twice since I didn't have known allergies) so I called my dermatologist $$ plus was given cream $$....so since you cannot get in asap with an office visit I was 11 days when I tried to return plus $100 out for the office visit. She did say I can have a discounted service....so spend more money. So just a heads up to not purchase products unless you have used them before and like paying the higher price. I was a little disappointed that they couldn't do better, but lesson learned.

The shop is also super cute with a relaxing environment. As I just went back and got my first fill and the experience was the same, I wanted to be sure and leave a review. It is so hard to find quality places to go with friendly environments. My lashes also look phenomenal. I plan on continuing to go here as long as I live in the area!

I also ran late to our appointment. I was a mess of a client! She was so kind and waited for me. Also, her studio is absolutely adorable! My tan is literally flawless. She listened to my requests and over delivered. It's even, natural looking, and I don't have any creases anywhere. I am getting married in Lake Tahoe later this year and am going to go back to Trisha for my bridal tan!!!

I was a bit disappointed that one of the beds was broken (don't know how long it has been broken for since I'm a very intermittent customer). They could improve the vibe in here for sure by investing in the overall atmosphere (and I wish ALL the beds were the newer ones with builtin fans and music), but this place is close to my house and always gets the job done. Currently, they have a promo where you buy 10 and get 2 free (I think 5 and get one free was $95, plus tax for level 3 beds). Side note, it was my first time trying the level 3 bed (I've tried all levels except level 1 at this point now) but holy cow that level 3 bed does not mess around! My butt is so red from just 10 minutes I should have listed to my body when I started to feel that distinct tingling feeling.... I wonder if they recently replaced the bulbs or something because that thing has got some power!
