Don't buy a tub from them, and from their mouth is that all tubs won't last. $8,000 for less than 3 years of normal service. There's something sleazy about the hot tub industry as you can buy a $40 toaster and you get a manual in 3 different languages. I had to ask for one and they sent me a PDF to a tub that was called something else. Summary: High pressure lie tactics for you to buy, Overpriced, not prioritizing service in freezing weather (can't keep service techs??) and the knowledge from them that hot tubs are all the same and are built not to last, I'd suggest staying away from World of Spas and maybe not buying a hot tub at all. Unless you have a lot of throwaway money.

Never want to deal with them and their unprofessional team ever again. don't use this company!!! here is the letter we sent: Monday July 19th 2026 Hot Water Leisure Scapes #2-73 East Lake Ramp NE Airdrie, Alberta Without Prejudice To Sarah Sperrin and Ryan Landriault, I am writing to you in hopes to make you aware of two service calls that were made to my address, your employees who came to conduct repairs and the final outcome. My hot tub has been closed and sometimes opened by your staff for the last 4 years since we purchased the house located at 211032 Kirkpatrick Close near Drumheller. We always had polite employees who conducted the work cleanly and professionally. They arrived on time and took a reasonable amount of time to complete the work which is a set fee and not an hourly rate. 3 years ago, when we opened the hot tub, we found a dead mouse and for the past 2 years we have put a tarp over the hot tub in the winter and secured it with duct tape to prevent anything else from entering the hot tub and dying in there. This June, I turned on my hot tub and noticed severe leaks, I contacted the Airdrie location to advise them there was an issue and that I needed the hot tub looked at. The service call was scheduled for June 30th and two of your employees showed up. A large tall man (#1) who did all the talking and a tall skinny blond man(#2). The #1 man asked me to turn on the Hot tub and I showed him where the breaker were as he explained he was going to have to turn it on and off. I left them, as I usually do to complete their inspection and repairs. Man #1 advised me that the problem was all around the hot tub and that was not anything caused by poor winterizing. The previous owners had encased the Hot tub and I had to remove pieces of the deck for them to gain access to the other panels and they were supposed to identify all the leaks in order to go back to Airdrie, order all the parts and then come back at a later date to repair. They sloppily put the hot tub back together; panels were missing screws but I figured since they were coming back and were going to open it all again, they would do a much better job when they came back. Man #1 was upset he could not leave and accused me of telling man #2 to "Fuck Off". I was actually on the phone with a female employee at the Airdrie Location when the hot tub was turned on and water was spraying everywhere and Man #2 was just standing there dazed and doing nothing. I told man #2 to do something or back off and I went to turn off the motor pumps. I did not ever swear at him. This greatly upset me that Man #1 is lying about what I said and is trying to make me appear like a rude and impolite person. It felt wrong and I was concerned about them returning for the repairs. I am a retired RCMP Corporal and preferred to protect myself against further false accusation. Given how poorly it went the first time with him being rude, I planted my camera in my office window when they arrived and I filmed them. They were greeted by Kristine Pel my roommate and they went to work. I am asked to pay for 4.5 hour of work but only man #2 is working while the other one is sitting around observing him do all the work. Then when I checked again no one is there and I found them sitting by the truck on their phone. I sent pictures of this to your employee Alison Phipps by email. I went outside at 12:30 to advise them I was leaving for an errand in town and would be back and if they needed anything to simply call me. When I returned at 1:30PM, I went and advised them I was back and I would be working at the front of the house and to reach out to me if they needed anything. While I was working , I saw man #2 without a shirt walking around which was completely inappropriate. I know it is hot in our area but I still expect your employees to observe a level of decorum and professionalism. I said nothing and I would bring it up with the manager after they left to avoid further confrontation. Man #1 walked towards me to advise me the work was complete. I went over to the hot tub with him to view what the hot tub looked like, and you can refer to pictures I sent in an email to Alison Phipps the panel was crooked, pieces of wood sticking out, pieces were missing, screws were left on my deck and all around the Hot tub, the clamps for the cover were not fastened, the cover was crooked and did not close properly, screws were sticking out of other panels, they did an absolute sloppy job and when I said that this was unacceptable man #1 told me it is the best they can do because my panel was broken and it needed to be replaced and that your company did not service this brand of spa and we were going to simply have to order a new panel from a different place as they don't deal with my
