They were very helpful through the whole installation process and put up with all my questions and concerns. We choose Jacuzzi because of the 10 year guarantee on the pumps. (the pumps are the main workings and really important). We really shopped around and could not find any guarantee that came close to Jacuzzi's. Many other hot tub companies try to tell you you can get a tub for a lot less than what you pay for a Jacuzzi. What they fail to mention is they really don't stand behind it for the long term. I researched all the Calgary hot tub dealers and found Jacuzzi Calgary to have one of the best Better Business Bureau ratings. There were a couple of other dealers scoring quite high but they missed out when it came to guaranteeing their product over the long term. We have called to have our water tested since our purchase and they have been very helpful and quick to service our request. I am recommending them to all my friends that are thinking of purchasing a hot tub .

We finally called our insurance company to handle it. They are now giving our insurance company a hard time. I decided on a reconditioned tub at a fabulous deal!!! They stored it for me till I could have it hooked up (4 months) I had a small issue with the heater in the first week and the office arrnaged a service call with in a few days.. Mike came out and fixed it and showed me how to do my weekly maintenance.. All in all very happy with this company!! Buying a tub is a big expense and I feel good having bought a Beachcomber tub!!

There is a climbing wall, a huge water slide, a tarazan type rope, huge hot tub, large kiddie pool, diving board and lazy river. My kids love it. I booked a birthday party here and they have several rooms to choose from and the price is pretty decent. You can bring in whatever food you want and they set up and clean up the room for you. You can put up your own decorations but time is limited in the room so I never did. They provide wrist bands for the kids and if I recall correctly you get a couple for the adults who are supervising. My only complaint is the girls at the front where you go to pay for swimming were harsh with the kids who were really excited to go in, telling them to go back and line up on the other side, there was no marked signage as to where the line up starts and its not like Vivo where if you have a pass you can go on through the fast line. Other than that its a really good activity center to visit if you don't mind making the 20 min drive out of Calgary.

I spend 4 months every year in San Diego area and can confidently say that, in comparison, this is a better gym for its wider range of facilities and competitive annual fees for seniors.
