Lisa started on my back and yes, she had a very heavy touch which I can't handle at all. I just don't like it because I'm too sensitive. But as soon as I got her to have the right touch for me, it was pure heaven! She asked a few times if I was OK because she knew that when she first started, it was too rough for me. One of the times I realized she woke me up by asking it. Yes, it was THAT incredibly comfortable. I then caught myself once I turned over starting to snore. I woke up to the sound of my own snore! I'm sure I wasn't the only one to ever do that but OY! And I am not the type to be able to just fall asleep wherever I am. I don't even have the ability to sleep on a flight. So you know that this was inCREDible. And then the feet massage... O...M...G!! I've been having a sore right foot right on the bottom of my heel for two months. Although it is still tender, the pain now on it and I asked her to actually focus more on my right heel is nothing like what it has been. I know of course every masseuse has different touches, but I absolutely loved Lisa because now she'll know that I like it much softer. The head massage... Oh, that head massage... I felt like I was in a dream state. And what a way to end my phenomenal experience... They are incredibly honest as well . I didn't have my glasses on yet and when I was paying with my credit card wanting to include my tip on that , because of something I had done, the lady at the desk immediately stopped me from continuing and pointed out what I had written by accident. Things to consider: They had good dark lighting and music to set the mood for relaxation, but you can still hear traffic outside. This didn't bother me, but if you're someone who doesn't want to hear that I recommend earbuds. There's a dispensary downstairs and you can smell it lightly, so if you're sensitive to that be aware you can slightly smell that. Not their fault, just is one of those things. The price is pretty great. I shopped around and I saw how massages can range quite a bit. This was on the lower average scale. After we were done it felt really awkward though because there was no side chat of any kind. It was just okay you owe this much. We paid and I was waiting for a receipt, but she was just like "okay". So, we just sort of turned around to leave. I must have said thank you like 4 times between the end of the massage and paying lol. When we were leaving my husband's masseuse gave us some water and said "have a nice day" and that was the end of our experience. It was all fine, but not overly welcoming. We would totally go back, but I genuinely don't know if they want us to. Haha.

First let me say that I have frequented this business for almost 2 years now and have always been very happy with the foot massages. I have never had any problems- until now. I went in to get a massage and decided to flip for the 1 hour full body massage, asking for my usual foot masseuse, as he does soft pressure really well. But things quickly turned weird. Things were going fine as he was working on my back, neck & shoulders, but it was when he moved to my legs that things took a turn. Like Brit & ES stated, he moved to my upper legs and then to my inner thighs, and he kept moving my legs apart like he was trying to get as close as possible to certain areas that he should've been no where near. While he never made contact with areas that he shouldn't have, I had the feeling that had I moved the slightest bit he would've taken the opportunity to do so. He focused on my inner upper thighs for longer than he should've and then moved to my "glutes". At this point I jerked my entire body away from him and he left the room and came back with a towel to wipe off my back. He then had me flip over to work on my neck and arms, and all the while he kept trying to make conversation with me (how old are you? Do you have any children? Telling me about his kids, etc). This is the first time he has ever done that in the entire time I've been using him. At that point he actually had the nerve to try to move down to my legs again! I kept them firmly flexed and in a fixed position as to not have this happen again. Finally, by the grace of God it was over. I didn't say anything because I am no stranger to massages and I know that different cultures have different ways of massaging. And I also know from my experience there that each masseuse has a different technique and thought maybe that was what was happening. But after reading these 2 specific reviews I now know that there is something seriously wrong happening there I left there feeling awkward, uncomfortable and almost violated- while saddened at the same time because I used to love this place. So a word to the wise- if you choose to go here make sure you do the foot massage only and not a full body massage because you may just end up with experiences like ours.... read more

i went to this place with my mom on 4/27. also note this was our 1st time here. we ended up getting the combo special which was foot and body massage for $40, we thought it was a steal. we started in the room with all the different beds. which was good since we were in the same room. then we had to go into one of the other private rooms for the body massage, we were suppose to take our clothes off however the guy who was doing my massage left me with nothing to cover up with. i thought it was very odd however when he came in he put a sheet over me and began my massage. it was fine at 1st and then he started to push harder. when he asked me if it was okay i asked him to do it a bit softer. he began to massage my legs, which i thought was odd since he already did the foot massage in the other room and i also later found out that the guy that did my moms massage did not touch my moms legs at all when she went into the room for her body massage. i instantly became uncomfortable. he then began to go higher up my leg and my inner thighs trying to touch me and try to pull my underwear down. i didn't know what to do so i told him no, then he tried to kiss me. COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE! i pushed him away instantly and told him this was done and to leave. he left and had the nerve to come back in with a hot towel to 'wipe me off' he left and i got dressed and to my unwanted surprise he was in the front waiting for me next to my mom handing me a cup of water i wanted to get out of there as fast as possibly. this man completely violated me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!! and IF you are wanting to try this place out even after reading this REQUEST A WOMAN. DO NOT have a man as your masseuse if you are a woman especially if you are going to have a body massage in one of their rooms! NOTE: I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO! My wife just left there and wanted me to warn anyone who plans on going there, Jack (the name of her "massuese" given to her by the front desk) violated her. he pulled her underwear down too far, she pulled them up and he pulled them down again. She said no and pulled them back up. This stopped him from molesting her and she allowed the massage to continue fearing that the inappropriate nature of the way he was touching her might be in her head. It was so quick. His hands were on her inner thighs with her underwear pulled all the way down. She was exposed and afraid. She was embarrassed and left there feeling ashamed, confused, and violated. She asked for the guy's name as she was running out only because she feared her initial reactions and assumptions might indeed be a correct assessment of what had happened. This just happened so we are not sure how else to move forward. Should we file a police report? Should I take a bat? STAY AWAY unless you want to be groped by a sweaty, heavy-breathing rapist who pretends not to understand what "NO" means. Most of the good reviews seem to be by people who had tandem or group massages. My wife's was solo. My friend Judy and I went to a massage place. The Sun Spa & Massage is neat and clean and the staff is friendly. My massage therapist was Petter and he made me feel relaxed and was easy to enjoy my massage. He and Angele who massage for my friend are very friendly and they make sure that their clients are feeling at ease in the course of massage (some masseuse can go really hard without asking the client).
