Did not get paper delivered today. called customer service Three times today. Call number one was told call made to delivery is on the way. Second call the same answer. Third call the answer it is too late for delivery we will have to deliver the Sunday paper tomorrow. That is not customer service. read more

it's a two star paper at best. very good and timely deliveries though. of course, as it's early editions must be finished the afternoon before, don't expect late news sloppy editing of weak reporting. their best writers are in the sports department. plus, the paper always is out to scam the readers latest, if you request an invoice, pay $6.99. read more

I'm surprised there are so few comments about the pathetic newspaper delivery service so here we go. Newspaper is wet due to rain and you request another paper, don't bank on it! You want your newspaper delivered under your car, you can bank on that. You request a call from a supervisor definitely do not hold your breath! You contact the call center located in some other continent with a complaint, they will apologize again and again but don't bank on solving any issues. Going digital on the Sun Sentinel and dropping paper delivery. They just don't care!!!! End of story. read more

This might help the sun-sentinel delivery department a Swale is a shallow ditch with gently sloping sides used for water drainage. This to me is probably not the best location for a newspaper delivery every Sunday. I have spoken to customer service numerous times. My account shows since having this problem my paper should come to my door. As in the past weeks it continues to end up wet from being delivered into the Swale. I was told a replacement would be to me by 12:30..... it is now 2:00 not a surprise. To make things worse the same delivery service drops off the Palm Beach Post. So each Sunday I have (2) newspapers weighing approx. 10 pounds of wet paper each. Since the only reason I have for getting the printed version of the paper is the ads my next step is take up my complaint with the advertisers directly. read more

Your delivery service is pathetic. The last 5 days we had to call the paper to get a missed delivery. Will someone there please contact the person who manages the delivery people tell him to make sure he/she delivers our paper three times a week to our Lowson Boulevard address. We pay for these deliveries in advance, and if it doesn't improve, we will cancel our subscription of many years, and expect a refund due from our advance payment. On another note - what the h*** was the point of the large headline making a point of telling everyone that the man in the article was "A BLACK MAN"? That could have been stated in the article.
