We decided to try ABC Marketing and we loved the results! The ads we placed worked and they did bring us new customers so we will use them again because it worked and because the quality of the ad and magazines were Impressive. They send these out all over the place and there direct mail also did a nice job as far as ROI for our business. I will tell you we were skeptical but now we are glad we did run the ads and that is why I am here writing this good review because when you spend money on marketing you expect results and when you get the results it makes you happy so thank you ABC Marketing Solutions and GREAT JOB! I received a phone call to advertise my small business Alternative Weddings. They were friendly and clear in what they will offer; where my advertisement would appear in the magazine and how much I would pay. I didn't have any idea how I wanted my logo to look; they worked with me and after a few adjustments and phone calls, they nailed it. They also sent me the logo image via e-mail for me to use as I wish. I hope I'm able to schedule some weddings soon with this form of advertising. Did not receive one call or job from the advertising! Waste of money!! read more

Definitely a scam! I paid $1500 for putting an ad in a magazine (Luxury Golf). I was promised that this magazine will be distributed to 5 high end golf clubs. Turned out none of the staff members in those golf clubs heard of or saw those magazines. One person who also placed an ad in this 'magazine' even visited all the clubs. He did not see any magazine at display anywhere. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! I wish I googled this business before I paid the money. Have to select one star to post the comment. My husband and I were approached by a telemarketer to purchase an ad in Golf Luxury Living Magazine through a company called ABC-Marketing.com. They said they distribute to several prominent golf clubs in our area (Madison Green, Palm Beach Polo Club, and 2 others. They said the publication would go out to all 1000 members that each of the clubs as well as to the residence of their community, and be available at the club site for passersby to pick up. they offered full half and quarter page ads at 9, 6 and $300. They offered the back page for $1600. They offered a discount if we designed her own ad bc imma designer. In our due diligence, I immediately went online to Yelp for reviews. I saw a negative review that stated this could potentially be a scam and thought to do a few more checks before we gave our money. I asked the manager that I was speaking to, to give me some names of contacts they have at these particular golf clubs so I could talk to the person they were being distributed to. When I called Palm Beach Polo and spoke to Mike, the director, he had no recollection of Golf Luxury Living Magazine, but he put me in touch with their marketing director. Later that day she called me back and notified me that they do not receive a magazine called Golf Luxury Living. She explained the type of marketing they do, as well as allow into her club, and also notified me that they do not even have 1000 members (as was suggested by the telemarketer). After doing some more research we both determined that this might be a scam and did not follow through with a purchase. Pushy salesman who calls you from an out of state number telling you they advertise to some local country clubs in your area, while reading them off a list. I'm "perfect" for this spot, but the salesman doesn't know exactly what market I'm even in. Cold called to a T. When I started asking simple questions, I was put on hold and transferred to another man who knew less about me and continued to talk over me as I told him I'm not interested. When I finally stopped him to say please sir, stop selling me, I'm not interested...he replied with "well you're still on the line so that makes me think otherwise"...that's when I hung up. I placed an ad in the Golf's Luxury Living Pittsburgh area publication. I'm not really computer savvy, but ABC Marketing asked me to write a review and I couldn't say no. The magazine looked first rate and the ad they created for me was so beautiful. The graphics girls were professional and easy to work with. I've gotten some business and calls and will definitely be placing an ad in the next book too. read more

I have gotten two calls from them this week. Their sales reps say they're calling on behalf of a country club in my area. I live in Maryland, and when they call a Florida area code appears on my caller ID, so that itself is suspicious. If they were really from that country club, I would have a local number on my caller ID. I asked the sales rep both times if he worked for that country club and he said he was selling advertising in a publication called "Golf Luxury Living Magazine" which gets distributed to the club members and needed someone in my field. Both times I declined and today I told him to take me off their list. I decided to call up the country club to see if they really do distribute a publication called Golf Luxury Living Magazine and was told they don't. In fact the woman I talked to had never even heard of this publication and said they don't distribute any sort of publication to their employees. So this is definitely a scam. I was cold called by this company to put an ad in their Golf publication and spoke to a Mark Parker. He gave me his sales pitch and I told him I needed to think about it. He asked me when we could speak again, I told him that I would call him to let him know either way later in the day or following the weekend and, he very irritatingly said, "don't worry, I'll find someone else" and hung up on me. I ordered an ad for my business more than 4 months ago and was told that my ad would go out in Nov. which was just in time for the holidays. I called last month (December) because I still had not received a copy of the magazine and was told that it would not go out until after Christmas. I then told the representative to cancel this add because that is not what I was told. If I had I known that the add would not go out until feb or march (I ordered this Sept. 9) I would have never paid for this service. I am currently working with my bank to get dispute this charge and get my money back because I have no reason to advertise in February and I have never received the services I was promised. I am highly disappointed with this company and their staff. I am now told that I can not get a refund (my contract has no date, therefore they are not legally bound to print my ad) and the company has done nothing to rectify this other than tell me the best they can do is have my print out sometime in the next month (it will be more than 5 months since I ordered the ad). read more

Wow, their plan sounded great, altho I didn't appreciate the pressure to close without any research. So I took a few days and called a few references they grudgingly shared and looked at their on-line stuff and loved the enticing opportunity they were offering, so I said Yes. They quickly accessed their payment and then I heard nothing again for about 4 weeks. So I sent an email asking if the dates for getting this together weren't high pressure to meet the needed/expected timetable they told me. Yes, they replied, I needed to hurry up and approve the ad art today! What art? So they got me some art that I didn't like and then took 3-4 days of pressured revisions to get back to something quite similar to what I had originally submitted to them. So I signed off on it and then nothing for 6-8 weeks. So I called, emailed and kept contacting them since the seasonal window of opportunity was quickly closing on the piece. I talked with (or emailed with) no less than 5 diff people who all had diff answers and no real help, until I got to Bill. With Bill's help I got to see a few copies of my ad in their piece, as they were waiting for shipping. But when I looked thru the book it became apparent they had added an ad page with my ad and couple other regional appropriate possible advertisers and stapled it into a NY/NC mixture book with a Local/Regional front cover attached to my mocked-up mockery. When I called them on this Bill refunded my $ in full. Unfortunately during the 6 month process I lost the months of advertising time/opps and some of my 'credibility' from talking-up this great ad opp to other business owners. I still feel like a sucker, but a lucky one since I didn't actually have to go thru any court crap to get my $ back. I rate these folks as Buyer Beware. read more
