This place's business practices are pretty shady, and the owner and manager are extremely rude. I…read moresigned up for the unlimited package, and used it for a month. For some reason, they had problem billing and told me next time to just give them my card number. I told them rather than pay for the next month I would prefer to just cancel. They told me I couldn't cancel unless I came in to sign. I told them I would come in and sign when I had time. They are shady because they kept billing me for 3 months. I never once used the service, and they knew this. They told me that i still had to pay even though I didn't use the service, but they were nice to not charge me any fees. I expect that if I tell them I want to cancel, they will stop billing me. What if I moved, would they keep billing me indefinatly until I came back to sign their form. Secondly, The beds don't look very clean. They don't provide you with cleaning materials. When I asked for a rag and spray, the manager gave me attitude saying they cleaned it. She was very rude. Avoid this place at all costs.

Nope, they will send you home or only let you tan for half the time you want). So I pay about $40 a month for what, every OTHER day tanning? I have been to quite a few tanning salons before this, and they ALL have let me tan any time of the day (as long as it's not 9pm one night and 8am the next morning). Even more, they tell you to fill out a tanning assessment on your first day, and you better say you never burn. Otherwise, with my "average" answers, they made me start at 4-6 minutes. I have never started below 8-9 minutes, even when I went to a tanning salon for the first time in my life. I think I know how my body reacts to tanning, by now especially, and I should not be forced to start lower than I want. Those timing charts they use should be recommendations, not requirements. I'm giving you my money to use your beds, not for you to tell me how long I'm allowed to tan. They make you pay for eye goggles or eye stickers (you better remember to bring them every time, or else you pay even more fees every time you forget). It's about $5 for goggles or $0.59 EACH TIME YOU TAN for stickers (they won't let you reuse them). They do not provide eye-wear, like I said, or face wipes to remove makeup, or spray to smell nicer when you're done, or tanning stickers, or candy (all things I've had at many other tanning salons, for FREE, and I've paid LESS there than what I pay here). In my opinion, it's a crappy company with crappy people working for them. Very rude and unfriendly employees, and the hours are awful on weekends. I chose this place for it's location, but I will never give them my money again (they won't let me cancel for another month) and will make every effort to tell everyone I know how horrible they are. I'd rather drive 30 minutes away to get friendlier people, an honest company, and just to feel like my money is actually being used for something instead of feeling scammed.

Sierra rocked it! She did an amazing job fixing my permanent eyeliner! She was even able to accent…read morethe wings without overdoing it. When we started I had blotches in the corners of my eyes....now I have nice dainty accented wings! My top lid is just a tad thicker than my bottom...just the way I wanted it...and she was able to bring my bottom liner up nice and tight to the mucous line/water line without having actually tattooed onto it, which doesn't retain ink very well and is more prone to getting infection. She took her time explaining, demonstrated a nice steady hand with her line work, and didn't let me leave until both eyes were completely symmetrical! Her aftercare instructions were clear and concise, and her prices are very reasonable. She made sure I was completely satisfied before sending me on my way! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get permanent eyeliner. Thanks for helping to make me look beautiful and giving me eyeliner that will allow me to just wake up, wash, and go! On top of it all she took her time to listen to me and explain to me step by step what was about to happen to me as she went a long with the process. Sierra is very sweet and genuine. She cares about you as if it were her own face that was being permanently inked! She knows how to use a tattoo machine. No painful dragging, skipping, or scarring!
