The workout was a HIIT version alternating between light/medium weights and cardio. 45 sec on, 15 sec recovery. I felt the right amount of sore afterwards to know I worked hard. I was able to do most activities or at least adjust to one's I could do. The instructor was energetic and motivating. Music was pumping up the class. We even had a well behaved puppy participant. The room was bright and well heated. Really great experience.

Only was there for a few months, but I've never had a worse experience with gym staff. Staff lacks…read moregym etiquette and most common sense and outside of Chris and Ivan, just generally rude and snobby. (It took me almost 2 weeks to get in contact just to sign up for a membership). The only thing that this gym has going for it, is that NOBODY IS THERE most days of the week. Owner is also on a power trip and doesn't have a problem yelling at you for not using a spray bottle in the sauna. (He never supplied a spray bottle for the sauna). If you want results, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. OVERALL: The gym has high quality equipment and it COULD be a great gym. But improper management through ownership and staff have ruined the environment for me.
