This fall we called them again for storage. There was some slight communication issues(phone numbers not working, very slow email responses), but when we did get a hold of them we were told prices went up a little (understandably). When we went to drop off our pontoon for storage again this fall, we were told the new price which is DOUBLE what it was last year. We had no choice but to pay because it's late in the season and wouldn't find anything else, but we will not be using them again in the future. They claim they had to raise rates to come up to what competitors are offering, but doubling rates from one year to the next is an absolute horrible business decision. We are actually storage unit owners(many hours away) and we would never treat our customers that way. We understand price increases, but not double from one year to the next. I wish them luck after this year, hopefully they are able to retain their other customers, but we will be looking elsewhere.

I then went to brick, which was the second closest location with a good rating, only to find out they had moved from Shakopee out to new Prague. The only way to get the new address right now is to go into Google and do a search for bricks boat works . The owner said he would try and change the address in Yelp. They were quite pleasant over the phone, and seem to think they could get a spring run up performed within the two week time. I requested. Although, a week is already gone by and I haven't heard back from them with even an estimate.
