When they moved we had returned after deciding to get a sofa and chair to replace our sectional. We met with the owner and his stepson and learned that he was retiring. After looking at their furniture selection we decided on a style and proceeded. During our contacts we had been told that the manufacturer was in California and had been doing business with them for many years. The stepson took our order, which including the proper pieces for the chaise sofa, which he couldn't seem to figure out until I pointed them out. We received the furniture several weeks later and used it for less than two years before determining it was of such poor quality that we have to replace it. When the store was contacted we learned the owner had retired and further more that our furniture came from a different manufacturer that they had stopped doing business with near to when our order was placed. The stepson advised that they could do nothing to resolve the issue and I would have to deal with the manufacturer. I pointed out that I didn't do business with the manufacturer but with them based on the reputation of the owner and the quality seen and represented to us. I asked for a full refund on the furniture and received no reply. The furniture has been donated to charity and we are out several thousand$$$ and ended up buying the quality we thought we were getting from Bakers. It was also interesting that according to the paperwork there was a several week delay between receiving payment and the placing of the the order. FYI Also noted that the picture associated with "Preben the owner" in one of the responses to a comment is actually that of the stepson Justin.

The pricing varies, of course, within each vendor's booth, some more or less than others because each vendor has his/her own interesting collection displayed. I have spent time talking with the vendors and now know some by name. They are happy to meet us too. Forgot to mention .. woman owned. Going on too long here.. it's first on my list of places to go, it's cool inside, there is good parking, and if you have forgotten to do your grocery shopping, Whole Foods is near by. I called to request a refund for the couch and was told since it was a custom order (ad in the paper!). That they would only give her a portion of the full price back. Mind you, we're talking an elderly person on a fixed income who loves supporting LOCAL businesses. The initial payment was 1999.00 and her refund was 1406.77.... so buyer BEWARE.... she bought from Lazy Boy and I'm 100% certain they would not have treated her this way.

Working with Tomas, a gentle speaking, highly professional Owner/Mgr, we had to get some authentic Persian rugs restored, valued, cleaned and repaired. These were purchased in Asia and being hand-sewn, we needed a responsible, worthy business to ensure maximum care. Tomas meticulously identified all the discrepancies, tears and loss of fibers. ALL WERE RESTORED. Tomas delivered. Superb, if not industry standard, customer service, like nothing I've ever seen. We even went with one of their options to have velcro installed and wall mount one of our rugs. The rugs were filthy for being walked on for 50 years and in multiple homes throughout our military career. From vintage lamps, art work, large furniture pieces, cool antique chairs, I even saw a wicker rocking horse! The vintage pieces are in nearly immaculate condition but the owner will point out any flaws or love marks on these items.
