I can't say enough about my experience here!…read more I bought a Groupon that included a haircut, single process color, conditioning treatment and a blowout. By their mistake, they did my services backwards. They washed me prior to adding color. So I got a wash, then a cut and color added...and then a wash and conditioning treatment and blowout. It was all okay! We all laughed about it and my hair was still completely taken care of as promised. I left the salon feeling so good. My hair needed a lot of love, and love it was given. I don't remember who did my hair, but she was wonderful. Everyone that worked my hair was amazing. I will absolutely return for touch-ups on my hair. This was by far the best experience I've had at a salon. 5+ stars all the way!

My hair has been the same color…read moresince November and when I came on August 20th when asked what I wanted to do I asked to keep it the same. Instead my color was changed without my consent. I had a bright pink color and it is now a deep bold red. After we bleached and rinsed my roots and I was told to go back to the chair I saw RED dye in the bowl and I distinctly remembered the die looked like a darkish pink purple when it went on my hair so when I asked why there's red in the bowl. I was told there isn't red. That is just what the dye looks like. Then as she put it on my hair i again asked questions cause it didn't look right. It looked dark and red. She told me it's just going to look like a darkish magenta until it is washed and dried. I was lied to each time I asked a question even by the girl who washed my hair. The second I went to look in the mirror I said. "This isn't the color." To which once again I was dismissed. I politely paid and said it looked good because I wanted to wait til it was dry to see if she was telling the truth. She didn't. She put red in my hair. Changed the hair dye. Everything. And didn't consult me or ask me if it's okay. And refuses to pay me back the money I paid for it. This is the second time she had done this to me. I asked for purple years ago and she once again put in a red based color. I will never go back there again. My trust has been broken and she refuses to admit her mistake of return the $160 I gave her.

I ended up having a horrible experience at another salon months before and they completely dried out and damaged my hair to the point where I couldn't even wear my hair down without looking like I got electrocuted! The amount of product I needed to put in my hair for it to look even halfway decent to leave the house was absurd! After months of trying to wait it out I finally found Capozzi & Co. Salon Inc and my prayers were answered!!!! I saw the owner Ralph who not only had me come in for a free consult right away but was awesome about getting me in as soon as possible to remedy the disaster on my head. He was so caring, understanding and extremely thorough in explaining what had happened to my hair, what we needed to do to my hair and what the best regimen would be for my hair moving forward in order to get and keep it at its healthiest. I can't even begin to tell you what an amazing transformation he did....to say he did AMAZINGLY would be an UNDERSTATEMENT!! I immediately had tears of joy in my eyes with my first look at the results of the magic this man had performed on my hair. I have never been more pleased with a hair salon/hairdresser in my LIFE!! I'm so happy that I found them! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!!! You will NOT be sorry!!!
