The front desk employee, Faith, made no effort to expedite the housekeeping process, even after I explained that my husband has a spinal cord injury and urgently needed the room to manage his condition. We did not receive notification that the room was available until 4:30 PM. The lack of urgency and accommodation we experienced was unacceptable for a guest with specific accessibility needs. Faith's conduct was a significant disservice to your brand and failed to meet the standards expected of your establishment. Also asked for a late check out. According to Faith, this property does not offer late check out. Housekeeping has ample opportunity for improvement. In addition to not being able to have rooms ready by 3pm, only cleaned the bathroom while we out. We have been staying at Choice Hotel properties for over a decade and have never been treated so poorly. I highly recommend staying with Hilton or Bon Voy where they treat their repeat patrons like they appreciate their patronage.

We had the kitchenette which served us well for the time being. Staff were incredible! Friendly, helpful, always excited to see us and our little one. I tried at 10:30 PM when I checked in and again in the morning. Nothing. Asked the front desk and they said it went out a couple of days ago- but they told me nothing when I checked in. The mattresses have bags around them so probably have been battling a bed bug, but I saw none. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the $20 or so in savings.
