5 year old hotel. Not bad at all
Kimberley K.

Minimalist. Does The Job. Great hotel for late night check-ins. Fantastic as a quick one night stay. When 11pm rolls around, all you need is to hit that sack & quickly. Especially when you are on a cross country trip! Front Desk staff is SUPER QUICK to check you in and SUPER HELPFUL. Put a smile on my face after a long day of driving. No drawers. So don't unpack. No point. Just take a shower in the AM & be on your way. IT FEELS VERY SAFE HERE. Love the well lit parking lot. HUGE TV's. With great movie channels like HBO. No extra fees. Ice Maker on 1st Floor. Luggage Carts on 1st Floor. Bagged Breakfast in the AM. Don't know what's in there yet ! ;-- The only "con" I can see is that I can't figure out how the soap dispensers work. Guess I will have to call the front desk. No bar soap available.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is quiet and small. This is not the place for a long term stay but perfect for a short stay. CONS: My main qualms are that the rooms don't have a microwave and I couldn't use my FireTV on the TV in the room. Also, you have to go to the lobby to make some tea/coffee and the market items are extremely expensive. It costs $4 for a Luna protein bar. PROS: Quality hygiene products provided. Newer hotel with little wear. Digital check in and out. Complimentary flavored syrups for drinks. Bright lights in room and bathroom. Free plastic utensils and paper plates in market area 24/7. The entire hotel (rooms, fitness center) is small and minimal yet very functional. There is no pool or laundry on-site. Breakfast is okay, different, but not exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to other short stay travelers.

I do not frequently stay in hotels but for the Price of $220 for a single room I expected much more. This is a one start hotel with a 4 star name. The only thing I enjoyed was the young lady who was very personable at the front ! The Room : 2/10 The room is a decent size but there are no amenities in your room outside of the television and the free shampoo. The complimentary wifi is extremely slow if you stay on the third floor so you will need to upgrade for a FEE. On top of multiple places in the room being dirty it was also a shame that the black out curtain was broken. Noise levels: 4:10 , for the earlier part of the days the hotel is quiet but around 9:30 it gets crunk ! You will here everything beside you and above you Parking : 6/10 the parking is compact fairly easily to navigate and they do have a couple of handicap spots. Good : when I arrived at 4:00pm the complimentary coffee was all cold so I did not bother to go to the breakfast. If this is a last minute choice like mine I highly encourage you to choose elsewhere.

Another hotel with tough-ass beds. lol I just left one place with extremely firm beds, only to come to this place with tough firm beds. I wish Hilton would have an option for those who don't need firm beds. This place was clean and.... modern. Compared to Hampton Inn, where I typically stay so I can get breakfast for my family, this place has the best. They had grits and bacon. The waffle iron was to make like waffle boats, which is pretty cool. So you can dip them in sauces or you can make little boats out of them and put yogurt or different sauces. They had nutella, bacon jam, pepper jelly, apple pie "syrup", etc. There was crushed pineapple for the yogurt maybe. They even had crushed oreos. For what? I don't know. I had some eggs (which I typically don't eat cause they taste fake), but I put some salsa verde and cheese on it, and it tasted okay. The bacon is thin, but at least it's there. They had games and TV's in the lobby. Noise-canceling booths, which is good for when you're trying to make a call and there are loud people around in the lobby. This location is pretty close to Walmart and other shops. I'd stay here for a night or two. Other than the beds, which is typical of hotels, you can't get too much better than this.

This is my first time staying at a Tru by Hilton, last night was Thursday & I am in small town Georgia so I assumed when I paid $170 for a room it was going to be fairly nice - the hotel itself seems nice but for that price, I was expecting a really nice room & comfy bed! The room needs obvious maintenance repairs, the bed was average, shower was nice. I guess I just expected a nicer place for that price. I wouldn't stay here again.

Someone kept knocking on door depends if you like DIRECTV or not and the breakfast is what kept me staying.

Very clean, smaller rooms but you don't need much space when traveling. Reasonable and great breakfast.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. It's been more than one year between visits and I see…read morethat they are experiencing the same issues. The hotel is relatively new and appears aesthetically pleasing. The service I received was fine. However, the rooms always have issues. During this stay, my first room's HVAC was not working, the microwave was glitching and the telephone did not work with the wiring stripped and hanging out of the wall. I was moved to a second room. This room's telephone also did not work and there was water damage on the bathroom walls. The gym is superb! The pool was closed during my stay. They finally got the EV chargers installed, they were not up and running my first visit. One of the elevators (the one on the right) had misfunctions each time I rode it. The breakfast is decent. I liked that during my 2-night stay, the breakfast was slightly different each morning. I would stay here again, now that I am aware of the recurring issues.

This place was absolutely disgusting. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more The first night, our room was already infested with roaches. We were moved to another room, but the problem didn't get any better--we still had to deal with roaches ourselves. We ended up spraying everything just to try to make it livable, but the infestation was clearly ongoing. We spoke with the manager, Jirmain, and he did nothing to resolve the issue. Instead, he threatened to charge us additional fees and even charged our card without our permission, which is completely unacceptable. The overall environment was just as bad. There were people smoking in the hallways, others drinking in the stairwells, and the elevator smelled like dog urine. Trash was constantly piled up, which probably explains the roach problem. I would never stay here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Needed to stay 3 nights and was tricked. bamboozled. betrayed…read more The place was a wreck. No Wyndham logo anyplace but the key. Photos online made the place look half decent. Lies. Bugs crawled outside like angry bouncers. Lyft drivers and two abandoned dusty cars parked in the lot. Ripped carpet. Missing door mirror with glue stains. Shredded lettuce on the floor of the closet. Old fridge and scary dirty microwave. Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash bolted to the walls. Smoke alarm barely attached to the wall. Dirty damp rugs and dusty headboards. Dusty ceilings. Stained sheets and chemical burned towels. Pillows with no density. Sofa chair and ottoman stained and suspect looking. Light switches and electric sockets that didn't all work. The smell of weed made my brother have to change rooms. Yet the smell of weed was all over the premises. It seemed that everyone who rented a suite there smoked. My bro chose this hotel due to his job's discount and assumed it would be good for his family to stay in. Lucky for me, I was with 4 other family members there for an event, and had no time, so we cleaned like biohazard workers, vented to each other about it, and then laughed about our shitty hotel luck. If I was there solo, I would of slept in the woods. The only thing that saved them was a powerful shower head with hot water, a door lock and a soft bed. With so many hotels in the area I assumed the competition would at least drive them to upgrade. Nope. This hotel will forever be in our memories as the shitty hotel we stayed when we all met up with family for a 80th birthday party. We'll groan and tell folks about it while they look surprised. Thanks Baymont.

Pros - Cheap, even last minute ($59/night, booked the day before); all right quality for the price;…read moreroom with a single king had a lot of space--a couch, a desk and chair, a mini fridge and a microwave; continental breakfast (did not attend, do not know what's offered or the quality); outdoor pool (did not use); conveniently located by the I-75, Enterprise, several fast food/restaurant options, and a Walmart. Cons - Area is not the best; parking lot is a little on the tight/small side; exiting onto the street can be difficult; bed was very high and way too firm; pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable; mini fridge does not get very cold/takes a long while to get cold (would not feel safe putting perishables in it); keycard randomly deactivated our second to last day; no dogs over 40lbs are allowed at all and any dogs are not allowed to stay more than 2 days. Biggest issue were the insects. A medium-sized beetle crawled out of a hole in the outside corner of the bathtub our first night, and then our last night my fiancée found a HUGE dead spider right under the space between the bedside table and the bed (both pictured).
