Night 1 was great and breakfast was okay the next morning. There was a storm Wednesday night and the power went out in the entire building. I walked downstairs and spoke to the manager who assured us the power would be back on soon. We spent the day sightseeing but returned to the power still being out. One manager was very helpful and escorted us to our room as the elevators were out and door keys did not work. We checked out and she was apologetic, but the other manager was brusk and annoyed that we were checking out. It is now 3 weeks later and our correct refund still has not processed. It is disappointing how it was handled and we are yet to receive compensation.

Light switches and electric sockets that didn't all work. The smell of weed made my brother have to change rooms. Yet the smell of weed was all over the premises. It seemed that everyone who rented a suite there smoked. My bro chose this hotel due to his job's discount and assumed it would be good for his family to stay in. Lucky for me, I was with 4 other family members there for an event, and had no time, so we cleaned like biohazard workers, vented to each other about it, and then laughed about our shitty hotel luck.
