I called to follow up and essentially the lady on the phone told me she couldn't look up the order because she didn't have access to the order number nor the order. I always order from the Gateway store and they have never had a problem looking up my orders. Long story short, the team member gave up on me and my order and said that because the item isn't in stock and they couldn't look up the item number, she could no longer help me. She even invited me to the store so she could show me the computer so I could see for my self that she doesn't have the access. Once she said that, I said I get that you don't have it in stock but what do you have in stock. I can't believe that person gave up so quick. I ended up calling the 866 number and they were able to help me. My takeaway from that phone conversation is to still order from The Vitamin Shoppe but avoid the Sunland Park location and go to the Gateway location where they can still help and not give up so quickly. She was so hung up on what they didn't have in stock that they forgot to look up what they did have so I could get it. ‍‍.
