I had recently purchased my supply of Natures Plus and had a little difficulty locating a source here, so knowing this place is so conveniently located on Montana was a nice suprise. I prefer to support the locally owned businesses, given a choice, rather than the places where the employees have no vested interest in its success or failure and their lack of customer service is a testament to that truth. Not so here - the owners really know their stuff. I'll be back. When you go, say hello to Simon for me. Hes such a handsome fellow. *wink

As a new resident of El Paso, it has been difficult to find a good primary care doctor who doesn't…read morerequire waiting 30+ minutes past your appointment time. I've been sick on and off for about a month, so I finally decided to see a doctor. I was pleasantly surprised that this office offered same-day appointments. The receptionist was kind and helpful and sent me the paperwork ahead of time so I could complete it before arriving and hopefully be seen quicker. I arrived at 3:32 PM. After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked the front desk how much longer it would be. I was told the doctor was still with patients. Because I was feeling terrible, I asked if I could wait in my car, which they said was fine. Another 20 minutes passed, making it over an hour of waiting. At that point, I decided to leave and go home to rest. I was sick with bronchitis and had left my two young boys with my disabled mother, so waiting indefinitely was not an option for me. As I was pulling out, the receptionist ran outside trying to get me to come back in. Later, I received a call from the doctor explaining the delay and stating that she was hurt that I had left. While she was polite and offered a free consultation, I was disappointed that the situation was justified rather than acknowledged. I believe that when mistakes happen, owning them goes a long way. I was also told that other patients understand how long visits can take, but I personally am not okay with waiting over an hour past my appointment time. I understand delays happen, but clear communication is key. Had I been told upfront that the office was running behind or short-staffed, I would have appreciated the honesty and could have made an informed decision. Bottom line: my time is valuable, too. I will continue looking for a medical provider who prioritizes patient time and communicates delays clearly. If you don't mind long waits, this may be a good provider for you. For me, urgency and respect for appointment times matter.

She told me there are 3,000 types I cannot help you, go buy them at Costo! Do you know that store? Like Sams? You have to pay to have a membership. I was like? I know I'm not stupid. When I told her the flowers were for my wedding she told me I don't care what they're for I won't have them for you. I don't have words to explain how she made me feel. However, I can't find the PE shirts anywhere else. For that reason, I've been coming to Sports World for a couple of years now. I think it's a local business. If it is, that's great! Each shirt I bought was $10.95 plus tax. The shirts include the mascot/logo from my son's school. Whatever happened to wearing any old shirt for PE? It's a small place but they got the job done quickly. I told them exactly what he needed and the rest was history. I was out of the store in about five minutes. Sports World specializes in embroidery and logos on shirts, caps, etc. They also have several other options on their website. I'm sure I'll be back whenever my son needs something for school. I might consider getting a cardigan for myself. I love those things!

The store is dusty and its display windows have no market appeal. The store is a little depressing. It has not kept up with the times. Sometimes I ask myself if it's worth the trip to downtown. What a shame. It had to be the once to find everything you needed for florals and supplies. Margarito took such good care of you. Took your orders. Helped you find what you needed. Took your purchases to your vehicle. I was glad to spend my dollars there. There were many times I spent a few hundred dollars there. It was worth it. Really friendly. I would find everything I needed for Christmas and wedding decor. Now, they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. The times have changed. Sometimes paying a little bit more elsewhere is better than unfriendly customer service. We miss the old M&F.
