This dealership will not help you once papers have been signed and you drive off the lot. 8 days into my brand new travel trailer the awning fell off and I had yet to extend it at all. It has been over a year and this travel trailer has been the worst experience and they over-charged completely.

Your sales people were very nice and accommodating especially for someone who didn't know what they wanted.

Rvs are junk. Bad service, sales people are idiots. They sold me a $30,000 rotted rv and they knew it. Don't trust this place.

I had an excellent experience with General RV Center in Ft. Pierce purchasing a used Winnebago…read moreClass B sight unseen off a listing on their website. Called on Monday morning - spoke to Craig in sales - no sugarcoat, just a description of unit and what it needed to be perfect, which I had gleaned from photos and mainly involved detailing paint due previous owner did not know what wax was - made appointment to see on Weds as coming from out of state - had a 1 way rental car and was fully prepared to make it 2 way if unit or dealer did not match expectations. Arrived as planned, Craig was there and we viewed unit - just as described regarding cosmetic issues and it was completing pre delivery prep with service where they were going through everything per Operations Manager Mike, who ably answered a slew of technical questions. As part of their process the unit had a complete checkout of every system with subsequent repair of findings that included roof seals redone, an oil change, etc. which saved me from doing later along with a new propane tank precautionary. Went to talk with Mike the finance guy and completed transaction to purchase - he explained warranty contract options in a low key manner along with other things along a "keeping the customer informed" vs a pressure sales tactic which was appreciated. Worked with Travis over the phone in a Michigan office to set up insurance which beat my USAA add on to existing policy, utilizing not only that discount, but a bulk dealer rate - easy and again low key approach. Spent a good amount of time with Brandon who went over every system on the coach, ensuring I was comfortable and understood functionality. Finished all that up with transaction completed, unit sitting outside when Brent came up and asked if it was OK to delay my departure 45 minutes as they wanted to change the roof air conditioning unit as it did not seem to be cooling 100 percent - keep in mind that we had been in/out of the coach a dozen times with outside temp in the 90's and the transaction was completed - service tech subsequently installed a brand new roof unit. Yes this is a long review which didn't even cover everything, but my experience as a customer was outstanding. Every General RV Center employee I encountered from the front desk staff all the way through to management were personable and proficient. The company clearly exceeded my expectations purchasing a pre owned unit, doing things they didn't have to, which reflected integrity throughout. My 400 mile drive back home was serene, with the value of my purchase crystal clear due to the transparent pricing and their prep work - a 6 year old motor coach with 7800 miles (not even broken in) at the lowest price in the country for that particular model. So if you are looking at General RV reviews, of which there are some negative doozies, please know that this former FedEx Aircraft Maintenance Managing Director, found the Fort Pierce FL location to be extremely well run and would definitely look to do business with in the future!

I purchased an RV from Atlantic RV & Service. I paid $40,257 in cash for Radiance Ultra Lite 28OD…read more I dealt with Jacob Frasier who worked in Sales and Finance. Upon initially receiving the RV I was pleased with the state of it as well as the man who delivered it. After troubleshooting a few items with Jacob I made a list of items that Jacob and I were unable to fix. The list was as follows; Scratched decals, Front door doesn't lock due to hinge being set improperly Screen door that does not stay closed (not engaging in the hinge either) An exhaust fan and light over the stove that doesn't work A light fixture over the kitchen sink that doesn't work An awning (electric) that imploded upon first use. Jacob turned me over to a lady by the name of Kim who no longer works at Atlantic. I was then turned over to Abby, then with apologies they turned me over to the warranty department. The warranty department never returned my calls or responded at all. I went back to Jacob as a voice of reason, who I had a very educated conversation with in which he turned me over to Paul the service manager. Paul unfortunately enlightened me to that fact that most of these service issues were present prior to the delivery of my RV. Paul was very detailed and made a thorough list. He asked me to be patient and wait until after the Fourth of July allowing him to get a bearing on these items. I waited until Friday July 9th to contact him. On Monday or Tuesday the following week he returned my call and it was as if we never had the conversation. All details we had previously discussed were lost. He had clearly enjoyed his holiday weekend and failed to attend to business matters. It was at this point he told me to drive my RV 3 hours north to their repair shop. My next calls will be to the owners of Atlantic RV to express my disappointment. My RV was delivered in mid April, 3 months later I am being forced to leave this review as well as seek legal council. -Jacob please reach out to me so we can deal with this matter amicably. This is my last effort to resolve the situation.

Their communication sucks. They have everything that you need if they could figure out a better way…read moreto communicate with their customers ordered part over a week ago and no call. It started with trying to find the part. The parts guy was incompetent. Which is somewhat understandable but such a vast inventory. I had to call back multiple times. They never seem to return my call. I finally talked to this material Specialist and get the part ordered then No nothing silent forweek and a half. I had to call to realize that something happened to the part didn't get ordered. Now waiting to see what happens with this order. I'm a full timer in Florida AC is out of commission and summer. Such a grate facility, with a lacking of customer service. After dealing with them, I feel irritable and discontent. The expansion rate of this company is unbelievable. It feels like they need to concentrate on customer service rather than buying out other companies.. after this interaction they will be my last resort. I hope that they can fix these issues because they sure have the capability to be great .

Also I had trouble on the website , ordering it and Rick in retail fixed all the problems that I had and honored my coupon. Also, Samantha Morrillo in service, as always resolved and took care of any and all issues.. All three of them deserve a promotion in my opinion... If I can continue to have this kind of service. They will have a faithful customer forever... We have had a lot of situations in the past but I am thankful for these three... Thank you, Camping World, and please take care of them so that we don't lose the good customer service.

Manny and Matt Saved the Day!!…read more We were visiting Fort Pierce, Florida and we needed help for the 1996 Beaver Patriot. As you know having an RV and reading this review, motorhomes have a lot of systems and it gets complicated pretty quickly. In a nutshell, when I called Manny answered the telephone, and said he would call the next morning between 9 and 9:30 for availability that day. he called the next morning and showed up right away at our KOA site and got to work immediately. Manny and Matt diagnosed our problem was a failing inverter - with some related wiring issues that were not let me say "standard" for the industry. M- Tech corrected all of it. In addition, they tested our water pump as requested and installed a new electrical start switch. ** We finaly had running water including hot water in our RV! We did not have this before, as we recently purchased this Beaver motorhome recently and have had some intractable issues. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Manny, Matt, and M-Tech. Reliable as promised, got right to work, worked efficiently and competently, and at a fair price. They even replaced a broken awning bracket I needed at an extremely fair price - gratis. If we were staying longer than our short stay allowed, I would have had Manny and Matt do even more for our RV. It is very hard to discern whether a potential service will fit the bill or frankly might screw you. I totally trust them.I am glad the KOA site manager Gina recommended them!
