I mentioned having a minor issue in additional to needing the oiled changed and car inspected, and for a very small service charge, they were able to get my car up to take a look, find the problem and fix it. This saved me a trip to the dealership and possibly more money. I'll keep coming back here any time I need car maintenance!

Are they taking advantage of me because I'm a female and/or because I don't know much about cars...!?!? Either way don't go there and believe them when they start telling you all the things your car needs for repairs!

After the oil change, I took it back twice because of leaking oil and they could not figure out what they had done to the vehicle. What is ironic is that the second time I took it back, the manager wasn't there because he was at someone's house fixing what they had screwed up on their car. I filed a complaint with management and they denied the claim stating that it had an oil leak when I took it in for the oil change. If that's the case, they wouldn't have taken my car back twice trying to fix what they broke. The car did not have an oil leak before I took it for the oil change. This whole company is deplorable.

My wife who helped me take the things out also saw it. I went from my home there and back home. Did not stop anywhere else. I then got in my vehicle and drove to the dry cleaners at NASA rd. 1. To my surprise the car would not start because they didn't leave the key in it! I called multiple time and the phone would ring and transfer to fax. Someone finally answered at the other location and told me they would get in touch with the manager. I had to take an Uber both ways. It's was almost $50 round trip to get my keys and for the person in charge to tell me that it was his employees mistake but that it was also my fault for not checking! What? Not checking for my keys when 2 employees just drove my car around. Why wouldn't I think the keys are in it? The auto detail was sub-par at best and the attitude over the entire situation was absolutely upsetting. They will see if they are going to reimburse me the cost of the uber. Yeah right. Fat chance. Just like me ever coming back.

What I appreciate so much about the folks here is that they function like a well-oiled machine (no pun intended). They are always incredibly friendly and personable while also being knowledgeable and professional and efficient in what they are doing. I love the fact that there is a camera under the vehicle that allows customers to see what the technician is doing in the pit. I really appreciate transparency in business; especially in a business as important as automobile maintenance. In the two years I've been loyally bringing my vehicles here, there haven been maybe two instances I've had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Honestly, I'm ok waiting on this crew because they always do such a fantastic job (and I'm ok with having a few minutes of quiet time, haha!). In those instances, however, they were honest and upfront in explaining that they were backed up and even offered me alternative options when I asked if there were other VOIC locations nearby. They certainly were not turning me away by any means, they were simply trying to acknowledge that my time is valuable which is a quality I appreciate. Even working with a skeleton crew that day and being behind, they were incredibly professional and friendly -- which is not something you'd expect to find when people are obviously overwhelmed -- which says a lot about not only their training, but the quality of each individual's character and integrity. I love the VIOC app, which always has great coupons on it which makes this experience with them both QUALITY and AFFORDABLE. That is HUGE in my book. The app also gives wait times for various locations nearby, which is helpful when you realize you need an oil change soon. A huge "thank you" to these folks at the Lewis Center VOIC! I changed my solenoid spool 2 days ago and its advisable to change the oil also. I arrive at today 9am 9/8/26, I also bring my oil and filter , the price to change oil was reasonable. They couldnt unscrew the oil plug, claimed it kept spinning, any one with half a brain knows the last oil changer over tighten the plug stripping it also cross threading it. They say the manager will come in at 1am. Im there at 12noon waiting then they say the manager will not come to the shop. They say they can put a temporary plug in until I can replace the stripped oil pan, which they are respondible for, I tell them there employee caused the damage, so they call the manager after arguing We negotiate to use the temporary plug they install my oil and filter free of charge , I would have to buy another oil pan and install...they damaged. .They couldnt install temporary oil plug, Im there for 3hours. they drain the oil but cannot install oil plug. I go into office sit down and tell the other customers what is happening to me, the oil changer comes in and says dont harrass customers, when im having a conversation, they call the police, the police tell me the owner can have my car removed so I call AAA. I tow to a station walking distance to my home it will cost me $850.00 to get another oil pan installed. The black owner is no good bad business practices and ethics, I have to go to civil court and that will be a year or two away.

This week I took my car, an older Mercedes, to them for a routine "A" service and an inspection. I'm in Galveston county and they still require inspections. The service at the League City location was fabulous! I asked them to look at my steering wheel and also find out why my tire pressure notification continues to come on when I had my air check and all was ok? They let me know that not only did I have a screw in my tire, I also needed bearings. They were very quick and efficient with the plan to correct this issue and took me home with their transportation service. The next day my car was complete. They offered to pick me up to get my completed car. How nice to receive such wonderful service! Thank you Carlos and all the fabulous people working at Christian Brothers! You are truly kind, knowledgeable and efficient! I was very pleased to find out that Christian Brothers is national and will honor the service warranty in any location! I'm sure the coolant was gonna cost $100. They don't care how much they charge you. Paying for the building waiting area etc. I turned down all the BS overpriced services. Just the diagnostics and Tstat plus coolant was gonna be $900 . I'll make sure they get news coverage for their overpriced services. Hope they go out of business ! Not everyone is a millionaire.
