The only place that is approved that sells Pennzoil isn't that close to my home and is inconvenient. If I'm 100% honest, I get tired of receiving nasty emails when I go to a place that is on an unapproved list just to get Pennzoil. With that being said, this location may have sealed the deal. VIOC was on top of it. First of all, they allowed me to stay in my car (1 star). They typically get me in and out within 15 minutes (2 star). Most of the employees are very courteous (3 star). Most importantly, they do not try to sell me unneeded maintenance. They follow the guidelines recommended by the manufacturer. I'm typically on top of my car maintenance, even if it is a fleet vehicle. I don't like being upsold when I know for a fact it doesn't need a replacement filter or another item. They didn't do that (4 star). The only reason I did not give them a fifth star is because they do not vacuum the vehicle or clean the windows. I am very pleased with the service I received at VIOC. At least in my fleet vehicle, I will keep coming back.

Called the store, rerouted to the national call center, and nobody has any solution other than to come back and they can install it...after a 20 minute return trip at 5mph. No apologies, store manager ignored me, and after 15 minutes of messing with it (because it was probably bent to sh*t at this point) they just told me it was done and sent me on my way. I asked for a refund but they said could only offer a discount for my next visit, which is pretty worthless since I doubt I'll ever visit a Valvoline again.
