Unlike the young lady who performed my initial exam, he listened to my concerns before offering his opinion and I knew we were on the right path. He worked with me for a week exploring options and was very patient and respectful in all communications and interactions with me. When I finally made my decision as to how I wanted to proceed, he fitted me into his schedule without an appointment for that day, even though I could see there were at least 3 other patients he was attending to. I cannot attach a dollar figure to this experience, but I can tell you his customer service skills are on par with his professional manner and it was priceless.
