Very poor first contact with doctor and staff. I understand that COVID is an issue but staff needs to have the same information across the board. Dad's are not allowed at all unless you are getting an ultrasound. Doctor Mcleod would not even discuss the idea of a support person in the room. Had to wait over an hour just to be called back. Staff over all very rude. Would not recommend at this point. Best advise don't get knocked up right now. read more

Then, I had another appointment at 12:30 P.M, when I got there, they closed at 12:00 P.M. I didn't get any phone calls or messages. It's a huge inconvenience because I have to take off work and drive all the way down to the hospital. Thanks for the non-existent courtesy call.

Before the visit ended she said , "I dont care about you I care about the baby." Upon discussion with other mothers who have seen her I have come to find I am not the only patient she has treated in such a manner. The other doctors in the practice are pleasant but this "Dr." Is a real piece of work.
