I didn't have any problem ordering online I didn't have any problem paying online the problem I had was when I came to pick up and it was like 6 minutes till my pickup time they told me that basically it wasn't ready and and that's fine but on their website it says pick up time a certain time well shouldn't you be working on it at least and it took longer than it should have when I got there and also I think that the cold sushi was warm fine I put it in the refrigerator let a cool off, it would have been nice to have some ginger along with my sushi I have complained once before about this place directly through email and they have never gotten back to me I don't know maybe their head got too big in this industry read more

The people serving us were rude I.e. taking our plates away without asking before we were finished, not refilling our water, etc . There weren't many customers and yet were pressured into leaving after about an hour. Got a negative vibe. read more

Sushi and staff are amazing! We love going here for a date night or sushi craving because it's close and great quality. The rolls are always tasty, and their Thai tea is delicious! Very nice inside! Warm towels to wash your hands before your meal...nice touch! I ordered a teriyaki chicken meal for $16, it came with miso soup and salad. Nothing unusual with the soup salad same ol as any other sushi restaurant. My teriyaki chicken meal was not wonderful but not great. It almost tasted like a frozen meal, there were a few bites where the sauce almost tasted fake if you catch my drift. BF had sushi. He ordered spicy salmon, spicy tuna, spicy scallop & eel with avocado. First observation is there are only 6 pieces per roll which seems small compared to most at 8. He liked them all but nothing to rave about. Mackerel for 2 pieces was $6, he enjoyed this the most. If it was me I would drive further for better food/sushi. Oh, Service was good! read more

We've been here twice now since we moved to Longmont. Both times it was great! Eventually we want to try the "chef's special" or whatever it's called, you pick a certain price point and the chef prepares whatever he wants for you! How fun is that! But for now, the salads & sushi rolls & drinks have been great. We had to wait the first time, but it was a busy night and we only had to wait 10 minutes. Everyone who works there is always nice, and they are always dressed really professionally. I was very happy with the reviews of this place. The place was very clean and stylish. The people were very tentative and quick. The food was great. I personally like sushi from Chicago. All the su-chefs are Hispanics in Chicago. I can get any Roll I want with cilantro and jalapeño. It is fresh and a tiny spicy. This place was very similar. They have a great appetizer - jalapeño bomber. It is a gotta get. Very tasty and just a little spicy - but with good flavor. Best sushi we've had since moving to Colorado 7 months ago. Everything was hella bomb. Excellent customer sevice. Prices were fair. Not too expensive not too cheap. We got the shrimp tempura roll, rainbow roll, Sumo Special, pink lady, and california. We sat next to the sushi bar and everything they were putting out looked amazing. We asked the waitress what something was called and somehow she ended up recommending a chef special dessert. Ordered takeout recently and it was hands down the best sushi/hibachi I've had in the area over the last year living here. It was ready right on time and still hot aster getting home. Our hibachi dinner had huge portions. I added on some extra sauce, and was happy to see they actually included more than I even asked for. Our salads and soups were great too. I've eaten at this restaurant twice now- the first time was delivered and was hoping for a better experience in person but did not have that. The biggest issue I have with this restaurant is that it's WAY overpriced. The sushi tastes good, but each time I've spent close to $100 for 2 people and did not get much food for the price. The ambiance inside is that of a cheap chain restaurant but the prices reflect an expensive dining experience. Secondly, everything is just basic, the drinks are mediocre, the desserts are store bought, and the hibachi is good but not amazing. The staff was friendly but removed plates before asking if we were finished and my daughter cried when her meal got taken away. The one issue, that we all hated the bronco roll, was very much a matter of personal taste, nothing the restaurant did wrong. The sex on the beach roll was AMAZING!
