It was a technically difficult adjustment, but he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem. All of the set screws on the three hinges needed adjustment which is like choreographing a musical interlude. This along with tightening the hinges themselves along with the deadbolt and the door knob made the day. Bottom line, my Kathryn is overjoyed. What a birthday present for her! Ingram Brothers is a great organization and Chris is a dedicated employee. I highly recommend any job that they may take on.

Ingram Bros is a local and family owned company with years of local success. Ingram did incredible…read morework in two phases on our home in the historic district. First, extensive repair and replacement of rotten wooden siding and rotten wooden windows with new wood (we use wood to replace downtown per code). Second, whole body paint 3 colors with fantastic attention to detail. The professionals working each phase were polite and top-notch with minimal intrusion to our neighbors in a tightly packed downtown block. Highly recommend.

Tim's work ethics, professionalism, and craftsmanship are of the highest caliber. He has built many decks and h has decks with unique designs and artistry. Many customers have hired him for additional projects. Tim corrected the problems that you could see. But to correct the framing out of the Trex deck would require the entire deck to be rebuilt. This company Subcontracted workers to build my Trex deck who had never built or were professionally trained on composite decking. The subcontract workers normally were hired to do siding on new construction. I am not sure if I would ever hire this company again for decking or new construction. I will hire Tim Herring in a heartbeat. My previous rating for this company remains the same.

An update. Delaney's finally got back to us with a bid after a month. The bid was fairly reasonable…read moreand the estimator told us we could add and take off any item we wanted. He spent a long time with us and remeasured everything. We added a few items and removed two. One was hanging three fans and two lights, which we were to supply. They wanted $1000 in labor so we decided to do it ourselves. The other item was removing the popcorn ceiling. We decided it did not look bad with it and all the other condos had it still. Unfortunately, even though he said that would be fine, taking it out of the bid did us in. He got back to us and told us the job was not big enough for them to do. As well it was too far to drive the 45 minutes to us. So now we are contracting the flooring of the entire condo to a flooring store, the painting to a painter, the bathroom remodel we will get someone else hopefully and we still need someone to replace the windows. It is a shame that it did not work out. It is harder for us because we live 3 hours away currently and meeting with all of these people take a lot of trips. We are finding many contractors do not want a job that is not huge, 50k and up range. And there is plenty of work for them right now. We have had a slew of folk never call us back. That may come back to haunt them when times get a little tougher. Oh well

DO NOT give him money! One the of the owners, Kevin Geer, is a crook and has basically stolen money…read morefrom my family, and many, many others. (He had done a small project for a neighbor, and lived near friends of ours, so we trusted his estimate) He obtained deposits or funds up front and started many projects and never finished with so many people. With us, we had a significant home renovation over 3 figures. He took a substantial deposit amount, thousands of dollars, cashed the check, then immediately hired a bankruptcy attorney with those funds. He filed for bankruptcy and let us think for weeks he was finishing another job. Meanwhile, he had abandoned over a million total in multiple jobs for other businesses and homeowners. Our family of four saved and waited on this renovation for a long time and he walked away owing nothing. Yes, we saught legal council, but the DA deemed it civil and not criminal, so we'd be spending thousands of dollars fighting someone with no assets, other than what his in his wife's name too. Since then, we have pressed to have his contractors license revoked, so he no longer has a GC. Do NOT trust this man or simply choose another contractor out of principle. Our new contractor was heaven to work with when we were finally able to save and start again.
