Both the owner, Greg, and Greg Ford met us at the house to go over the specifics of the job and the logistics of moving and storing materials on the barrier island. A roof replacement is a big deal to me and something I have no experience with so I was a little nervous pulling the trigger. Molly was very patient and I never felt any pressure. When I declined last year, we agreed she would follow up the following Spring and she did. No bugging us in the interim. When we felt comfortable moving forward, she explained everything clearly and kept in constant contact. She was true to her word every step of the way. Zero surprises. She even helped us pick the shingle color and it looks great! The whole company was great with communications from dropping the materials to the final completion. The crew was polite and efficient. No damage to landscape. Their clean-up after the job was extraordinary. Their service after completion for a special request of mine was performed quickly and cheerfully. He was able to show the insurance adjuster said damage and a replacement roof was approved. Andy also helped me through the process of the claim, resubmitting photos during installation and billing for the remainder of funds. The roofing crew was very efficient and professional and had the roof removed and completely replaced in one day. They left the yard clean you wouldn't know they had even been there.
