While things happen, of course, not being contacted by the company was an issue. The original quote did not actually quote all repairs requested, and by the time I realized this issue, it was too late to account for this in closing on my house. Quite costly for me. Communication was a continual issue; it was curt, and I had to regularly follow up. I'm very disappointed given what I understood as the company's positive reputation.

RGR replaced a pretty complex roof for us on our oceanfront home. The roof is a low slope roof and is metal framed and welded to the metal frame of the actual home. Both the owner, Greg, and Greg Ford met us at the house to go over the specifics of the job and the logistics of moving and storing materials on the barrier island. We were kept in the loop throughout the process and we sent many pictures during installation. I am impressed with the skill of the crew as well as the oversight by both owner and supervisor as the work progressed. We will be meeting this fall to go over some other upgrades to our house. Wow. I cannot say enough good things about IBC Roofing…read more It started with project manager Molly Fallon. A roof replacement is a big deal to me and something I have no experience with so I was a little nervous pulling the trigger. Molly was very patient and I never felt any pressure. When I declined last year, we agreed she would follow up the following Spring and she did. No bugging us in the interim. When we felt comfortable moving forward, she explained everything clearly and kept in constant contact. She was true to her word every step of the way. Zero surprises. She even helped us pick the shingle color and it looks great! The whole company was great with communications from dropping the materials to the final completion. The crew was polite and efficient. No damage to landscape. Their clean-up after the job was extraordinary. Their service after completion for a special request of mine was performed quickly and cheerfully. They could have easily said it was not in the scope, but Troy came back and took care of it as part of the original job. I think their business model of working with insurance worked very well for me and I am happy with the results. It was a great value in my case.
