Until recently, my experience had consistently been five-star. I scheduled service every three months for window cleaning, glass railings, chandelier cleaning, and exterior house and roof power washing. Unfortunately, the service on September 22, 2026, represented a significant departure from that standard. A two-person crew that had never serviced my home before appeared inexperienced. Numerous windows were left streaked or missed entirely, and water marks were left on window sills and floors. More concerning, a large kitchen picture window and a sliding door in the family room were left with multiple interior and exterior scratches. While one crew member was cleaning, my wife heard one of the scratches occur from the adjoining room and asked what was happening. The crew member indicated that everything was fine. I contacted Window Ninjas and requested to speak with the owner, Gabe Salinas. Instead, I was referred to Gary, a manager. Gary was professional and visited my home a few days later to inspect the work. After observing the issues, Gary apologized and said they would be corrected. Gary advised that the regular crew would return to properly clean the windows and that the scratches would be repaired afterward. The following day, I received a $348 invoice. Gary subsequently told me the invoice had been sent in error and should be disregarded. Approximately two weeks later, the original crew returned with an experienced team member and recleaned the windows. However, the scratches on the kitchen window and sliding door remained. I again requested to speak with Gabe and was again referred to Gary. Gary returned to take additional photographs of the scratches. During that visit, we marked each scratch with tape so the repair crew could clearly identify the affected areas. On October 24, 2026, I received a revised invoice for $98, reflecting a $250 credit against the original $348 charge. When I contacted Gary, I was informed that Window Ninjas would not repair the damaged windows and that Gabe had directed Gary to offer the $250 credit instead. I contacted Window Ninjas once more and requested to speak directly with Gabe. I was told Gabe would return my call that day. As of October 27, I have received no response. After more than two years of consistent, five-star service, this experience has been extremely disappointing. The central issue is not simply an unsatisfactory cleaning; it is the unresolved damage to my windows and the lack of direct follow-up from ownership after multiple attempts to resolve the matter. Given my long-standing relationship with Window Ninjas and its previously excellent service, I expected the company to take accountability and complete the repairs that its manager initially committed to addressing.
