My Dr. was not giving me much hope other than surgery, I saw Dr. Matt on FB & TT & thought I would see what his opinion was, he looked at my x-ray & said you don't need surgery, I can fix that! After a few months he did just that. Dr. Matt & his assistant Jessica treated me professionally, with kindness, empathy, & gave me a chance at a better quality of life all without back surgery. I waited for 2 hours to be told the doctor isn't in and the NP could not do the injection today and really there was nothing he could do but have me come back when the Dr is in or set me up with PT. Because that's what I want to do is pay $50 for a copay to be told they can't do what I specifically booked my appointment for. The wait sucked but I would have been fine if they actually did something. I paid $50, lost sleep when I work tonight, waiting 2 hours for a 5 minute apt with the nurse practitioner to be told there's nothing that can be done today.... Will NOT be returning.

It's rare to find a business that I can't find *something* to pick at.... but TB&J is one of those…read more I've been seeing them for a couple years, monitoring a deteriorating right knee. I started with Dr. Caleb Nunley (Owasso), who is such a great doc. He listened, we talked, and worked out a plan to monitor things. Later on, I met with Dr. Susan Peterson, who did the actually surgery. Dr. Peterson is one of the best doctors I've ever met. She was open and honest about what I would go through, perfectly managing my expectations (which is not an easy thing to do). I could go on and on, but it would just be polish on the diamond. TB&J as a facility is outstanding. From the Union Pines surgery center to the main offices and Physical Rehab facility on the main campus, everyone I interacted with were extremely professional and relateable. Everyone was friendly, helpful and ready to help at every turn. Same goes for the folks at the Owasso office where I'm doing rehab PT. Brac'ee and Kayla have been so great to work with. They push you, sure, but they respect that you're in pain and do have limits. Overall I could not be happier with the entire team at TB&J, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Everyone at St John rehab in Owasso was incredible and gave 110% with the exception of someone…read morenamed Teva. She is supposed to be a case manager. A better name would have been Teva the Terrible. She was stone cold and acted like she could care less about the patient. She is definitely not on the side of the patient and her smart remarks are not appreciated. If it wasn't for Teva St John rehab would receive 5 stars. The overall staff are top notch and deserve 5 stars except for one.
