We rented a covered space for our brand new 2020 travel trailer…read more 3 weeks later on a Tuesday we went to bring some items and found the door ajar and our RV vandalized, rifled through and items taken. This vandalism & theft should have been found by the staff & we should have been notified of it since other units were vandalized, and robbed. This was found & known to staff and the Police were notified at least a day earlier. One would think that a thorough check of all RVs, boat and storage trailers would have been done. Doesn't appear to be more than a couple dozen stored there. Asked if security cameras were shown to the Police and were told no cameras exist in the area where RVs and boats are stored. We also noted that the rear fence appears to be about 3' high. Very disappointed in the TOTAL lack of security at the facility.l:

She said "this is where phone calls are a good idea." was very rude and displayed some of the worst customer service I had ever received. Ultimately she made it very clear that she was not going to do what they had promised over the phone when we reserved the unit. After this experience I would look anywhere else for storage.
