*Note: This is 4.5 Star review…read more The last time I stayed in Go Hotels was back in 2010 at their Mandaluyong branch. At that time, I didn't like the room and the location was not convenient for me. When I saw that this branch opened in the middle of Ortigas area, I decided to give Go Hotels another chance. I must say that, compared to the Mandaluyong branch, they stepped up in terms of customer service! During the week that I reserved, it was the weekend before Christmas and there were heavy rains. I remember that I planned to check-in late because I had a meeting in the afternoon. Unlike other hotels (if you don't appear on time, they give your room away!), they called me to make sure that I was still going to avail the room and wanted to ask if I needed assistance to get to the hotel (amazing!). When I arrived at around 5PM, they had all the papers filled and even a pouch of complimentary toiletries. I signed everything, paid with my card and went straight to my room. Quick and easy! The room is spacious and comes with a LCD TV. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the down-feather kind (so soft!). WiFi comes free with the room and it was steady the whole evening. Best of all, the bathroom is clean and well maintained. There is a no eating policy in the room which is a great idea so that no insects are attracted into the room. If you want to eat, they have a common area near the elevator where you can eat and have drinks from a vending machine. Robinsons Galleria is just a few steps away. You also are near Megamall, Podium and Shangri-la mall. Don't worry about getting food. There are many food options near the hotel. You can also walk to Sapphire Bloc for a few drinks (go there for the Happy Hour, 4-8PM). Go Hotel is a good value hotel compared to the other hotels in the area. This is not a "Five Star" hotel but if you need a no-fuss, comfortable place to stay while in Manila, this is the place to be! :)

This is a "budget" hotel. Super cheap and compact. The rooms are very small and everything is…read moretight. The water only gets warm never hot. The wifi is sub par but for the price you pay per night, I can't complain. My room had multiple issues including a clogged shower head and lack of a hair dryer (had to pay 100p per use). Would only recommend for those who are on a tight budget or only use the room for sleepinga few hrs.

Best place to stay at around the area for sure!…read more Service is a 5 for me. Right before you walk into the lobby someone is already there waiting to greet you with a smile. The check in process was fast. They asked for my name and within 3 minutes I had my room keys in hand. The parking staff was also there and ready to help you get in and out of your parking spot. Cleanliness is a 5 as well. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Can't complain about anything. Though the rooms may be short on some amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, and some soap, you can easily get one by calling it in. Comfort is a 5 as well. Place has a TV in the rooms with premium channels such as HBO. Hi-speed internet for free. A safety deposit box as well so you can store some of your more valuable possessions. Beds are definitely comfortable for a good night sleep after a long day in Manila. All in all I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in this area.

The personnel were equipped with masks and face shields. There are santizing hand gels available at the front desk, so in terms of overall safety during the pandemic, it seems to follow the rules. The room was clean. The cable tv works perfectly. They provided me with gloves and disinfectant spray in my room. My main complaint though is that there were mini roaches in the room and that I was placed next to the pipes or something that I hear noises each time someone operates the shower. As for the food, they only currently allow meals prepared by their restaurant (no outside orders since it's normally for peopléin quarantine). The price was very expensive but quality is good. 517pesos for a chicken meal

While the laundry service itself is impeccable, the cost is extremely exorbitant!! Two bags of laundry cost $200 US ($100 each). Bring your own detergent & go do your laundry yourself...better yet, let the staff in the Galleria next door at the washateria do it, fold it & deliver it to your room. It will still be a fraction of the cost the hotel charges. Other than that, it was an awesome stay in an awesome facility with an awesome staff!!

They renovated and still renovating it. On our 2nd day, the ceiling was leaking, the ac not working properly, they did not moved us right away. I asked couple of times on the update until finally they moved us to a different room. The room is smelly like an old carpet that they washed and didn't get dried properly. It's smaller than our first room, but sure, not complaining about it. I wonder why there's no microwave in the room, it takes forever to asked an attendant to reheat food for you and you have to fill up a form. Also, why they don't have stairs? Elevator takes a while because everyone uses the elevator even thought it's only 1 floor. On our 3rd day we went out all day, we came back and our room key card is not working. We're at 17th floor, again elevator takes a while. We're all tired but we needed to go down asked for why the key card is not working, they said that it was kept next to a magnetic device or whatever. But when we get inside to our room, the card that opens the light and ac is also not working. Why would they deactivate it? So I needed to go down again and have them reactivate the key card for the lights and ac to work. I got tired going up and down asking and telling them my concern.
