He was professional and very thorough on explaining the test and what he would be looking for. He quickly identified where the smell was coming from. This company did an inspection on the home I was selling. The inspector did damage to the siding up…read moreon the top level and on the chimney. He pulled siding off the house in two different places. Once as an accident I could understand but to do it again tells me he doesn't really care. After getting the report he said that the windows didn't open and needed to be replaced, but really we had just painted them. He was not strong enough to open a painted window but hulked out on the siding. On top of that I had given him my number to let us know when he would be done. He could have sent a text and said he damaged the house but didn't. Then a radon test was being done and he came back two days later, he could have said something then but didn't again.
