As a first time home buyer, there is a lot of anxiety and questions about what certain things are normal or how to handle different things; Cody was so knowledgeable and made a point to tell us how things function or should function, how to increase the longevity of certain things in and outside of the home, above all, he was very diligent in his home inspection. Cody has no loss/gain if we continue with the purchase of the home, which made us more comfortable about the inspection and integrity. I would highly recommend Cody and Top To Bottom Home Inspection as they were diligent and affordable!

He pulled siding off the house in two different places. Once as an accident I could understand but to do it again tells me he doesn't really care. After getting the report he said that the windows didn't open and needed to be replaced, but really we had just painted them. He was not strong enough to open a painted window but hulked out on the siding. On top of that I had given him my number to let us know when he would be done. He could have sent a text and said he damaged the house but didn't. Then a radon test was being done and he came back two days later, he could have said something then but didn't again.
