He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful. I was called by the inspector and also there was a cease and desist order posted on my door until I was able to prove to them that there was no "disturbed" asbestos in either the dumpster or in the house....first thought..."YIKES!" After a few days of pondering my options I looked at yelp and found BuildSafe and gave them a call. The woman who answered the phone (sorry I can't remember her name at the moment) was awesome and gave me a brief description of their services. I was leaving on business trip in 3 hours and she said I might have someone in the area and if so we can check it out today... at that point the phone almost dropped out of my hand....this is Denver any type of activity that involves construction is always 4 to 6 weeks out! Needless to say they did have Blake who is one of their inspectors just finishing a job that was not too far away and he showed up about an hour later at my house. He was incredibly informed and competent at the requirements of what needed to happen with this problem. He took about 10 samples from the dumpster and the house...even spoke personally to the city inspector who wrote the property up about the situation. Immediately sent the samples to the lab and a few hours later I got a phone call regarding what they found. Amazingly quick and efficient. All I can say about this is: This company is well run, they are very personable and incredibly competent at what they do and finally trustworthy...they have you the customer in mind not the idea of lining there pockets with your dollar bills. I highly recommend them for any type of asbestos issue that you may have at your home.

Based on his recommendation during the estimate, I paid about $200 to have an electrical outlet relocated before the radon system was installed. The outlet ended up not being needed at all because the fan was installed in a completely different location. Even the technician suggested the original assessment was incorrect. When I brought this up, I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the full amount. I simply requested a small $50 credit as a goodwill gesture. Justin refused. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after his recommendation caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Anyone can make a mistake. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they handle it. My experience was that once the contract was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. I won't be using this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to friends or neighbors.
