Called back just to let somebody know what happened - since I have no idea if this was the owner who called back that brusquely or an employee - and again no apology just "sometimes we just get busy" ... and did I still need flowers...? Ummmm - yes: 2 days ago. We are all very busy (especially these days) - including new customers reaching out for your business. Since this business seems unaware: if a person calls around saying they're from out of state looking for a florist for a friend who is suffering (I left a clear voicemail -because it WAS important and timely) and you wait 2 days, they likely have moved on to businesses who welcome their call and seem welcoming.
