Through the multiple estimates of my changing requirements and to the day he and his crew arrived to start the job, John was responsive and clear about everything. During and after the work, our yard and home were kept as clean as can reasonably be expected and when they left, they left no trace other than a beautifully finished roof, new ridge venting, new solar exhaust fan, and new gutter guards. At all times, John was professional, courteous, and patient. My roof job was pretty big and he attacked it with a team of 13. He took the time to explain the process and my situation. He used drones to show areas that could not be seen. When I went to the site everyone was working hard. John met me several times over the course of the job whenever I was there. Horrible experience, installed a bad roof with high spots hundreds if not thousands of nail pops shingles not sealed, installers who urinated In my back yard threw nailers of roof onto concrete driveway and also destroyed brand new ac unit that he said he didnt do and wouldn't pay to replace. After 3 yrs of back and forth had to install another roof which we ultimately went to court over. Still high spots and not the shingle that I ordered or paid for. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR says he is a MARINE, he is a MARINE or mistreated another marines family a decorated war hero. He doesn't deserve your business. I found MARVIN ROOFING AND HIGH POINT ROOFING much more reputable. read more
